Not a great experience! - indoor pool. We only got to use it 1/2 day out of the 3 nights we paid for use. The pool should be heated upon arrival and checked to ensure it’s in working order. Many renters find this the primary selling point for renting this house.when it’s not available, it’s extremely disappointing. I know it was for us and our son.- Property maintenance. The grass doesn’t look like it’s been cut in weeks and so many weeds around the house.- Pests. You have roaches primarily in the main bedroom downstairs.- Drains - the shower drain in primary shower is not properly placed and moves off the drain when you stand on it. I almost slipped the first time I took a shower. The drain in the pool area does the same thing.- Lights- should have labels on them.so many lights do not work in the pool area.- Smell- the house smells throughout. It’s strong mothball smell along with very bad smell in the living room vents that smell like a dead rodent. - Grill- does not look clean enough to use so we passed.- Front doors- they are not sitting right and let in insects.Again, we thank you for the rental , but unfortunately it did not workout in our favor.
