Newly constructed and professionally decorated, Relax Inn, is the perfect gulf coast family retreat. This three-level home with an elevator, features 5 bedrooms, each with its own private bath, along with 2 additional half-baths and can accommodate 14 guests comfortably. Just a short walk to beach access, pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts and much more. The aesthetically pleasing palette and thoughtful design layout of Relax Inn provides an ideal location for entertaining and large family gatherings. The first floor features a bunk room with 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds along with a large living room which both open to a spacious patio and private back yard. A half bath and full-size washer and dryer are also located on this floor. The second floor features 4 bedrooms with a total of 2 king beds and 2 queen
beds. A stackable washer/dryer is located on this floor as well. The marvelous top floor is an entertainer's delight! The kitchen features ample space to cook for a crowd, two dishwashers, two ovens and a convection oven. Pull up a seat at the island or walk out to the back patio featuring another dining table, comfortable conversation area and beautiful sunset views. A butler's pantry with coffee bar, sink and beverage cooler leads to another large dining area and beautiful sitting room. Additionally, this home allows you access to a garage with additional refrigerator, grill, and plenty of parking for all of your family and friends.
