The amenities were great with waterside/lazy river for our grand kids, with nice beach access and ocean views! the condo offered nice layout for our family!

Amazing!!!

I can’t say enough about how much we loved this place! We went for our anniversary and thoroughly enjoyed our time! Beautiful, very clean and spacious with an absolutely GORGEOUS view! The owners and property manager were beyond accommodating and extremely sweet people! 10/10 would stay here again!

Our best trip in 13 years!

My wife and I have been traveling to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach annually for 13 years. Sometimes twice a year. We’ve stayed in many Pheonix properties but this was by far our favorite. Like some of the larger properties there were great amenities. Great pool, great slide for my 9 and 6 year old boys, lazy river was great. Unlike the bigger properties, it just doesn’t seem as crowded. The staff were friendly. There’s even a surf shop that has some essentials like sunscreen, goggles, beach toys, etc so you don’t have to leave for those things. The beach was huge! I never felt like I was stepping over people. Plenty of room for tents if needed and great chair and umbrella service. The location is perfect. You are a short drive to The Hangout and downtown Gulf Shores. You can literally walk to The Gulf State Park and the pier (we did some fishing off the pier). You can drive a 3 minute drive into Orange Beach through the park on the main road or drive through the park into Gulf Shores to the grocery stores and other shopping and avoid the downtown congestion. The unit itself is amazing. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Plenty of room in the bedrooms. The master has a king size bed with a huge bathroom, walk in shower, and walk in closet. Another bedroom with two queen beds and a walk in shower. The third bedroom has a queen bed with full size bunks and a tub/shower combo in the bath. The views from the main living area and the master suite are breathtaking. The balcony is very large and has a couple loungers, full size dining table, and a couple Adirondack chairs. We spent a lot of time on the balcony. I would give this property and unit a 10 out of 10.
