Sleeping up to 11 guests, this 2nd-floor retreat is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing, memorable beach escape.

Located right next to the pool, this desirable corner unit boasts an oversized balcony that spans the length of the living room, complete with floor-to-ceiling glass doors and year-round sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico. Relax with morning coffee, enjoy evening wine, and even keep an eye on the kids at the pool from the comfort of your balcony.

Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for preparing home-cooked meals. The en-suite primary bedroom includes private access to a north-facing balcony overlooking peaceful Little Lagoon. The first guest bedroom is en-suite, while the second bedroom has direct access to a shared bathroom that also opens to the hallway for added convenience.

Additional features include two sleeper sofas, flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Public beach access is just a short walk across the street, making it easy to enjoy the sugar-white sands anytime you like.

Although it was stormy with torrential rains, we still had a great time. Being right by the pool was nice too. Views were perfect. All our teams won, so that was a bonus. The second queen room would really benefit having a nightstand near the window. My hubby had to put all his stuff on the floor. It’s probably time to deep clean the couch due to large visible stains. Other than those two minor things, everything was great and we would stay here again. The beach access was easy to navigate as well.

Great location

Property was as described upon arrival. Close to the beach with just a 10 minute walk. The kitchen had plenty of amenities needed if you’re into cooking on vacation. Cons: the towels primarily the washcloths were very rough. I think they needed to be replaced. (The body & hand towels were great tho) Some areas didn’t feel very clean. That’s ok it’s a quick turnover & things will get missed. The kickboard by the barstools is in DESPERATE need of painting. This is passed a few scuffs. The balcony sits right at level with pool & if you’re trying to sleep or entertain at night the pool can get rowdy. Maybe I missed that detail in the description. If it weren’t for those few things I would have given it a perfect score.

We had a great time, swimming in the mornings and spending the afternoons on the beach! The condo was the perfect size, comfortable and clean. The only suggestion is that lounge chairs on the balcony would be great!

Spring Break

We visited your lovely condo for my daughter’s last high school spring break/softball tournament. The condo was large and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, there were even beach supplies in the closet. The patio overlooks the pool and also has an amazing view. Located across the street from the beach it was an easy walk for my family and mil. We will definitely be back!

We loved sanibel condos! The only upset was learning that the marketed hot tub was actually a kiddie pool - ended up working in our favor since the water was shallow it heat up faster for the kids to play in during the colder, cloudy days. The pool could be a bit warmer but all in all 5 stars!

Family vacation

The property was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The 2 Queen size beds were very comfortable, but they do sit high up. So if you are short like me you will have to be creative in getting in the bed or bring a step stool. The only negative I have is the pull out couches needs new mattress really bad and the couch needs cleaned. Other than that, this property is perfect and I will be renting it again when we come back next year if it's available.

Great find in Gulf Shores!

We had a great time at the Sanibel 201 condo. It was perfect for our group! We had plenty of space and it was a quick walk to the beach. Loved the decor and each room had its own bathroom! We even saw dolphins from the balcony! I would recommend this condo for family and friends traveling together! Great place to stay! Thank you!

The condo was very nice and our view was excellent from the 2nd floor corner room right by the pool the only real concerns was the floor evidently had not been mopped because the first couple hours we were there the 2 babies both 1 year old were crawling on the dining room hallway and living room floor and their hands knees and feet were black we had to run the swifter over the floors ourselves and got them as clean as we could with it also the ice maker did not work good at all finally made about a half tray full by the fourth day we was there but overall experience our family had a great time

The only problem I noted was that I had to purchase 3 $25 dollars parking passes. That’s a total of$75 dollars and it had to be cash. That’s the scum. Should have been included. Also the last 3 days could not get to sauna and swimming pool through 2nd floor due to repairs. Only one elevator working. Stairs are rough for an older person

The property was nice but the beds were not at all comfortable. None of the balcony doors locked only shut with a stick to prevent anyone from opening them. The front door doesn't shut all the way you have to pull it or push it close. It was all minor issues overall a great stay!

Our condo was just as described, great location and beautiful! My family had a wonderful time. Beach access was so convenient and the pool nearby was perfect. I would definitely stay there again! Management got right back to me with a couple questions I had, I appreciated that so much!

Great location, super close to the beach. Just a couple of complaints, when on vacation you don't want to worry about toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags. Only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 trash bag, and 1 roll of paper towels, so you have to remember to bring some or go and buy some. The spring mattresses were very uncomfortable and there are brand new memory foam mattresses are still sitting in their boxes in the closets. Still with these minor complaints we had a great time, the condo was clean, and was a great location.

Perfect stay

We took a big family vacation to gulfshores and this condo was perfect! The location is centrally located a short walk to the beach. We felt safe and the common areas were never too crowded. The condo had plenty of room and everything you need including some beach essentials. This was our first time ever spending money on a condo and we will def be returning? Beautiful condo with the best location!
