Very nice condo in great location. Perfect for our party of 9. The kids loved the pool and waterslide. Great views from the balcony. The chaise lounges at the pool are not very comfortable - we used our beach chairs. There are 24 floats for guest use in the lazy river and it should be noted that outdoor pool is not heated. We enjoyed our stay and will return during summer months next time.

I am shocked that this property is not ADA accessible. There are other properties on either side that are much older than this one as it is new and they are both ADA accessible. Our manager was very clear about not having a ramp to the beach and I do appreciate that. We had to book this last minute and had to take what we could get. After seeing how nice the property was I just can’t believe that it is not ADA accessible. My husband had to take his wheelchair to the property next-door to gain access to the beach. The showers were also not accessible.

Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was clean and comfortable. The parking is horrible. When renting a condo that accommodates 12, we should have more than two parking spaces. We experienced door code issues, but the owner was prompt in fixing the issue.
