The rental has a wonderful patio with a beautiful view of the beach. The beach access is perfect. The staff, toiletries in the rental, and amenities were good. The unit needs some maintenance: the bed support fell the first day; one toilet ran after each flush, and the living room sleeper couch was not comfortable for sitting and watching tv. The parking fee can change due to the HOA, so you won’t know until you arrive what the parking fee is.

Space was clean and inviting. Balcony was massive with plenty of chairs! Easy driving distance to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

My family of six thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great view of the gulf, easy access to the beach, great amenities, and convenient to local restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!!

Nice Oceanfront property

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this clean, well equipped, comfortable condo! The property and amenities were nice and we were able to walk to restaurants and shops when we weren't enjoying the beautiful beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing stay!

We decided to head to the beach for a last minute family weekend over spring break. We were SO pleased with this property. The amenities were great and the location was perfect. The view was mesmerizing. I will definitely book this property again.

Great stay, couple of suggestions!

Overall our stay was great. Couple of suggestions: doors need wd-40, instructions for tv would have helped on the cloudy days. Very satisfied with our stay. The view was stunning!

Good view

The condo had a excellent view of the Gulf and the two pools below. Additionally the elevator wait area and 16th floor walkway view of the Gulf Shore State Park and the lake on the opposite side of the condo complex was spectacular. The condo had a great layout; the bunk beds was a definite favoite for my grand daughter.

The view was outstanding, and the place was very clean! Because of how the unit was angled, we got to see the sun rise in the morning and the sun set in the evening. The building is non-smoking, which is a huge benefit for us. When we had an issue with a chain smoker on the balcony beneath us, both the onsite security and Liquid Life (the property manager) took our concerns seriously and responded right away. Overall excellent service and a lovely stay! We will be booking with Liquid Life again in the future!

Love condo 1605 at Lighthouse

We love staying at the lighthouse. This was the first time going through Liquid Life rentals. They were very professional and easy to work with. We loved the condo itself. We would stay again.

Beautiful view with a wonderful balcony and very convenient location. The unit has great space but could use some updating. The rugs in the living room and bedroom were very dirty. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and that this condo has multiple pools, one with zero entry and water jets for the kids.

Great beach condo!

Conveniently located, clean space, safe environment with security, easy beach access, clean pools, cute clean condo. We absolutely loved our stay and location with restaurants, market, bar, souvenir shops within walking distance. Everything for the whole family. And the view!!! Did not want to leave! Thank you for the amazing vacation!

Condo was great, clean, convenient to everything, super fast elevators, great parking! Needs a new coffee pot, there were two there, one leaked and the other didn't work properly but that's no big deal, just letting the host know for the next folks!

I can say the view was great. Unfortunately, the bed in the main bedroom ,looking at ocean ,was hard as a rock so I had to sleep in the other bedroom. The shower drains did not drain and the shower heads need replaced as they trickled water. Terrible showers. This place is in need of some upkeep and updating. The furniture was worn out and dirty. We could barely sit on the old couch. No extra blankets were around. It got a little chilly at night and the blanket on the bed was paper thin. There were no extra trash bags for kitchen so bring your own trash bags . This place is in need of some plumbing repairs and some updating. The view was great though.
