Cute and cozy one-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom hotel suite that sleeps six is located on the 14th floor of the Phoenix All Suites West Hotel.

·         Living area has sofa Queen sleeper.

·         Full-size kitchen has all major appliances.

·         Kiddie-size bunks in the hallway next to the half bathroom.

·         King-size bed in the master bedroom.

·         Shower and tub combination in the master bathroom.

·         Balcony has gorgeous Gulf-front view and seats four at the table.
One parking pass is included in your rental total, and only one vehicle is permitted per reservation. Parking is managed by the property’s HOA, and spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please ensure your parking pass is displayed clearly on your driver’s side dashboard at all times while on the property.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

The condo has a little age on it but it was spacious and close to everything. One of the elevators was not working which made for long waits.

RUN FAR AWAY

From the half-naked lady in the elevator to the black dust on the ceiling. As soon as we checked in, we checked out. I was scrabbling to find hotel rooms up and down the beach. I will NEVER go to any Phoenix suite property or use that property management company again. I knew something was up when the lady at the front desk looked at me like, “You poor thing, you don't belong here” Thank you to her. Nothing in the room was clean. The pots and pans had food stuck in them—the amount of hair on the beds. The refrigerator doors were left open, so there was no way we would be able to keep anything cold. The best part of this place was leaving.

This condo was filthy, the whole building. The elevators were too slow, I spent more time waiting than enjoying my vacation. The parking lot was way too small and too tight for normal vehicles.
