We stayed there for one night. All power plugs didn't work, which caused refrigerator and all other electric devices couldn't work. When we talked to the front desk while checking out, the staff didn't give any explanation, not even said a word of sorry.
I went out in the morning and when I came back to my room at 15:00 they still haven’t clean it! I couldn’t conet to WiFi
everything is perfect and they are very professional
They upgrade to me at free charge, bringme a nice suite, large clean and confortable with all on luxury tag for transportation hotel bring private bus to exhibition, Taxis are just on fron with phone call or 50 meters if you take by yourself, metro at 150 meters ganding metro stop., beakfast complete for westerns so I will back here all time visit guangzhou
Some of the stuf was not so friendly and we booked for a non smoking room and when we arrive there was no room available son the gave us a bigger one but smoking room so the smell was horrible!! And was impossible to change it later!!
