Cleaning issues

The apartment is great it has a good location really near to many businesses centers. Only the cleaning is really bad, there was a lot of trash under the furnitures and floor, if they do something to get this issue better it will become in my best place for stance.

I do not recommend this place. I booked it because the price relative to the room size was attractive, but wasn't worth it. First - the management tried to give me a room that's a lower standard than the room in the pictures. After requesting to leave the hotel they showed me few other rooms and ended admitting the room in the picture doesn't exist so I put me in a slightly better room. The whole process took over an hour due to elevator being extremely slow and overcrowded with mostly what seem to be lower class foreigners who literally elbow their way to the elevator line so every trip from the room to the 1st floor and back is at least 15-20 minutes. The room also had mold, rust, towels were torn, dusty, and coffee table was old and had burns from cigarettes, but instead of upgrading the type of guests they're targeting - they covered the table top with an old PVC matte. I can go on and on, but you get the idea.

Not a Good Property

I booked this place because it looked nice in the photos and I know the area. However, the pictures are bait and switch. This place is very dirty and the facilities and management do not work. The room was large but extremely dirty, the toilet in the bathroom did not work, neither did the air conditioning. The bed sheets were dirty and had holes in them. I complained to the management and they acted like they could not speak English even though they spoke perfect English when I checked in. I could not recommend this place to anyone. I checked out after one night even though I had prepaid for the room with Expedia.
