It is a nice hotel with quilt environment, comfortable facility and good location. It is worth its value.
This hotel is centrally located in the city. It is walking distance from shopping, activities and the Metro. The staff was responsive and professional. I had several items shipped to the hotel before I arrived. These items were delivered to me before the check in process was complete. I was unable to make use of many of the hotel’s amenities because I spent most of my time exploring the city. I would stay at this hotel again, if I am ever in Guangzhou.
LOCATION Take Metro Line 3 from the Airport (Airport South) and get off at Tiyu Xilu. Transfer to the other side and take the train going Panyu Square (Line 3 as well) and get off at Zhujiang New Town (1 stop). Take Exit A2, walk straight then cross the street and turn right. Walk straight then turn left. The hotel entrance is on the front, left side of the building. CHECK IN The room reservation didn't include breakfast and when we decided to get breakfast, the front desk office offered free room upgrade from Business Queen Room to Executive Twin Room. ROOM Executive Twin Room has 2 single beds. It's called single but it's actually a double bed, so it has two double beds. FOOD Room reservation without breakfast can still avail of 68RMB per person buffet breakfast. Food tastes good with a wide variety. CHECK OUT Latest check out is before 2PM.
Print out the exact address and a map and give them to the taxi driver. Quite a few taxi drivers had difficulty finding the hotel.
In town for business, I needed a hotel that was in the new city center and close to locations where I had meetings. The brand name hotel was sold out and The Leeden seemed nice enough in the pictures on the website, so I tried it. I got a suite for a great price and was very happy with the size and quality of the room. The bed and room were very comfortable. I spent the better part of one day in my room working and didn't feel the need to leave my room at all. There isn't a lot to do in Guangzhou, so I was happy to have a room that was comfortable.
