we’ve stayed in this hotel numerous times for the past several years. The hotel is clean and staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially those at the front desk and lobby. We happened to have dinner at Jade River one night and noticed the service has been greatly improved, since we’d a very bad experience last time we tried their tasting menu, especially the server named Likhung, if my memory serves me correctly, serviced at a level above and beyond our expectations. Congrats to the management

An excellent hotel with excellent concierges services. They helped us booking the train tickets and provided us very useful information about the local areas. I specifically wanted to thank Mr. Chen who assisted our transportation to another hotel with 5 big pieces of luggages. It’s little hard to find big car in that hotel area without pre booking. So his help was much appreciated!

The White Swan should be an icon of Guangzhou, but my experience was deeply disappointing. Service was slow and unprofessional, dining staff came across as rude, and I was bitten by mosquitoes countless times. For such a renowned hotel, better service and proper pest control are urgently needed.
