They rented a room to me with WIFI equipment problem (which they had known in advance), and I had to request changing to a room w/ working equipment! Plus the fridge is there but can't be turned on.

Polite and helpful Frontline staff, housekeeping staff and technical staff. Impressed by the timely response, usually within 10 minutes for housekeeping and technical assistances. Spacious & clean room although the room could be brighter. The hotel is by the roadside, but there was no twice noise, my room is just opposite the lift lobby, but it is quiet. Very good sound proofing. The rooms come with excellent river view. Likely to stay here again.

Great location on the waterfront, close to multiple shops and food spots. Short walk to main tourists shopping. Hotels looks like your made a bad choice from the street, small entry, small reception but get up into your room and it changes. COuld use more english TV channels, english information cards
