Four Seasons Guangzhou5.0 out of 5.0

Lovely hotel. Great service and good, central location. Rooms are modern and have fantastic views given how tall the building is. Would certainly recommend to people who haven't been to Guangzhou before.
Avoid this hotel! There are guests smoking in room, 6-8 people staying home in one room, making huge noise after their Chinese drinking party, tourists bringing their yelling kids sneaking into guests' elevator to go inside the hotel to play and take photos. The hotel has zero security management. Basically if you are willing to pay a $5 drink, you can come to sit around and play in the hotel with your whole family for a whole day. I have stayed at more than 60 different Four Seasons Hotels around the world, and this is the worse it gets. Not to mention, the jacuzzi water is cold, because the hotel allow 8-months infants to soak together with their family and little babies need cold jacuzzi water in order not to get burned. Imagine what if the infants got into accidents and guess how much money these Chinese parents are looking forward to sue Four Seasons for? I really think Guang Zhou Four Seasons need a better swimming pool management team.
My 5 start experience start from the moment I stepped out of my taxi in front of this hotel... I was continuously thinking wow... what a fantastic hotel. I booked a room facing the river with fantastic view facing the river and Guangzhou tower. Suggest to visit the Chinese restaurant, outstanding Cantonese cuisine with personalized service. When you think this hotel doesn't get any better, go and have the breakfast, special thanks to Jens for taking such a good care of us. Great food variety from Asian to western... they even spay the water to the vegetables they display on the counter. A true experience of when you think it doesn't get better it does!!!!
Very Grand Hotel in Guanzhou. A must visit when in Guangzhou. Lobby is beautiful and their Lounge can see Canton Tower and the view is so nice. One must take the lift to the 70th floor, change lift to go 71 or 72 floor for their F&B outlet. There is a Chinese rest, Italian & Japanese rest. 99th floor is a bar with live music and 209th floor is a seafood restaurant. I was not able to visit cos the bar only open at 3.30pm. There's a rooftop swimming pool And is nice with a jacuzzi. Don't forget to go the the ladies, very luxury
The Four seasons Hotel in Guangzhou is a very luxurious hotel with friendly and helpful staff and clean guest rooms. The facilities (including spa and fitness as well as restaurants) are outstanding. The price in relation to the offered quality is unmatched.
Having a nice stay and enjoying the weather. Excellent service. Everyone should visit the Atrium bar for view and their excellent service.Eva zhong provides a very humble and personal service. Never looses sight of you.
I had great room with its awesome facilities. Staffs could speak English perfectly. I could maintain my energy level during my stay, thus I wrapped up my business meeting with excellent results! My room's view also breathtaking! Would love to stay again here.
I think this is the best hotel in China. The magnificent design and flawless service they offer cannot be bettered by anyone in China. The pool is very good and the gym is better than what specialist health and fitness companies have on offer. The food is very nice and the staff make sure that they understand what you want. I ordered a sandwich and because the kitchen was not sure of what bread I wanted, they send a few pieces for me to select. Super amazing. The massage therapist Yoyo was also very good.
It's THE best place to go with friends to have afternoon tea, they have great location that you could see the whole city, window seat at 70F, it felt like you were sitting in the clouds, so beautiful. They have excellent service, everyone is just soooooooo nice and thoughtful ,me and my friend had a very good time there, gotta have to come back for sure! see you soon cupcake!!!!
