We had a series of flights to get to our final destination in Nepal from Salt Lake City. We had an eight hour layover in Guangzhou so arranged to stay at the Four Seasons Hotel. The transportation from and to the airport was arranged through the hotel making it easier for us upon our arrival and departure. We enjoyed the comfortable room with a chance to refresh and relax making the next flight segment a whole lot nicer. Grateful for an "oasis" in the desert that made a long flight schedule doable. Great property! Great service!

Very impressive building property and location as it is within walking distance to the museum and Library. Excellent service from reception staff including Aimee Lu, John Xia n Leo Xie. Good Restaurant food which needs more varieties to cater for different tastes. The Toto automatic toilets are incredible. Will be back soon.

its very amateur hotel, the view and condition are good, but not the staff and their services. they seem like not very trained yet not sure what they are doing for their job. even the hotel condition is good, but some of the visitors seem like not belong to this placed and kind of annoying.

Four seasons is the epitome of luxury. I regularly explore luxury hotels around the world and I must say it is presently on the top of my list. Special attention is given even to the smallest thing. Till now I regarded Jumeriah group as the leaders but now Four Seasons, you are the one.

The Four Seasons Guangzhou is an excellent hotel- infrastructure is modern and of high quality; service is impeccable; room was big, clean, extremely comfortable - European standards 5 stars at price of a not great not clean 3 stars in Paris or London. Highly recommended

I stay here frequently when in Guangzhou. The hotel offers great location, a solid restaurant and bar area and service, with fine architecture. Lobby area and the rooms are nothing short of spectacular, given size and modernness. A must see, i will return,

Stayed in this hotel for 3 months, and I have only positive things to say. The building and the rooms are gorgeous and the service is great. The staff is excellent, from the bell boys, to the front desk, to the managers and the cleaning crew. Standing out however was the Executive Lounge staff. Nothing was too much for Sue and her team to make my stay pleasant, and they do this in a manner that is both personal and professional. And I saw them doing this to every guest, whether staying for a night, a week or a month. Sue, Alison, Jessica, Leo, Jacqueline, Bonnie and Suki, you make the hotel feel like a home. Thank you!

My sister lives in Guangzhou and I took her to stay there as a "staycation." Upon check-in we were upgraded and our room had a gorgeous view of the Canton tower. The bathroom was amazing - huge even for Asia standards and the views continued in there. There was a separate shower and great toiletries. We went to lay out at the pool and sit in the hot tub and spent a few hours relaxing up there. We also went for drinks at their bar and the staff was extremely pleasant. The buffet breakfast offered in the morning was large and included many options. It was also a convenient location to walk to other areas of Guangzhou. I would definitely recommend staying there.

The one of the things impressed me is the service of house keeper. Very warm, very attentive. She can even find which taste of coffee you like and then provided more in your room. I was using my laptop but forgot to bring my mouse pad, I did not even asking for this however she put one on the desk for me. My room is on 75/F, having a mavelous view of Pearl River. The location of the hotel is perfect, easy for shopping around and dining in very good restaurants nearby.

The man who did check in for me was very rude in forcing me to pay for extra nights rather than helping fix the booking mistakes. He would not let me walk away and insisted that I pay for the nights I did not book!!
