It overlooks the Gulf of Ajaccio and offers a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. In the heart of a large garden, fully fenced and landscaped with native plants, it offers you simple and practical comfort. The 4 beautiful bedrooms, each with private bathroom, all have an exit to the outside. It is therefore perfect for a stay with friends or family. The large living room has a beautiful view outside with its many windows. The impressive terrace, equipped with a large pergola, offers a magnificent view of the azure sea.
In the surrounding area, enjoy the stores, night markets, entertainment, nightclubs, ice cream parlors and Porticcio beach.... Take a side trip to Ajaccio, Napoleon's city with its citadel and covered market, take the coastal road to Propriano, the landscapes there are breathtaking.
The 9-hole golf course of Porticcio is only 3 km away. Why not rent a bike or a boat on the beach?
As Corsican gastronomy is particularly famous, don't forget to try canelloni with brocciu and nepita in the good traditional restaurants of the region.

Très bel emplacement
Magnifique vue, superbe terrasse, maison spacieuse, prix raisonnable. Mérite toute fois quelques améliorations pour les salles de bain et l’électricité. Une maison de vacances dans laquelle on se sent bien !
