The house is extremely quiet and very cute! Catherine the owner was adorable and very helpful

The owners are very sweet and discreet. While Raymond was away for work Catherine was around and offered help and assistance about the house and visit suggestions. We invited her for dinner one night as she was so sweaty. We'll come back for sure !

Nicht ganz so wie auf den Bildern

Auf den Bildern ist alles grün und saftig. Als wir ankamen war alles vertrocknet und pflegebedürftig. Ein natürlicher Garten ist immer schön. dieser hier bedarf allerdings mehr pflege. Es gibt keinen direkten Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück sondern man steht auf der vertrockneten Wiese. Der Grill ist nur ein elektrogrill, aber man kann sich damit behelfen. Die Unterkunft hat einige Mängel. Dielen sind offen also die Fugen gehen auf. Überall Ameisen und Pulver. Das zweite "Ehebett" ist nicht in der Unterkunft selbst sondern in einem kleinen "Häuschen" separat in dem es wie in einem modrigem Keller riecht. Zum schlafen wirklich nicht geeignet. Daher lieber auf der ausgezogenen Couch geschlafen. Meerblick gibt es nicht mehr, nachdem genau davor 3 Stöckige Wohngebäude gebaut wurden. Die Vermieter wohnen mit auf dem Grundstück im Poolhaus. Das war so nicht lesbar im Angebot. sie sind zwar sehr diskret, aber man fühlt sich immer beobachtet. Hätte ich das gewusst, hätte ich die Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Die Besitzer sind wie gesagt sehr diskret und auch nett und man kann sich auch verständigen. Der Gesamteindruck war leider nicht so wie auf den Bildern, der Pool hat aber das ganze gerettet. Wir haben uns es dennoch schön gemacht. Wie gesagt, alles nicht so wie auf den Bildern, das ist ein wenig schade. Denn Das Grundstück und auch die Lage an sich ist schön und auch der Strand / einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Super Pool mit nettem kleinen Häuschen

Der Pool war super - groß und sauber. Die Kids waren kaum rauszubekommen. Die Terasse ist schön, das Häuschen klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Leider nur eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, so dass es heiß wurde in der Nacht. Alles in allem war es ein schöner und entspannter Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber es im Schlafzimmer

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Porticcio bei unseren sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern. Die Außendusche und der Pool waren spitze und kamen bei unseren Töchtern besonders gut an. Die Lage zum Meer und zum täglichen Bedarf ist super, alles fußläufig erreichbar. Das Haus ist sauber und alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Weitere Strände sind mit dem Auto schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Danke für den schönen und entspannten Urlaub!

Wunderschöne Zeit für uns und wunderschöner Platz bei lieben Gastgebern

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Familienzeit an diesem Platz! Danke dafür von Herzen! Das Häuschen ist klein, aber sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Für uns, 2 Erwachsene, 2 Teenie-Töchter, hat es perfekt gepasst. Die meiste Zeit haben wir auf der Terrasse, im Garten oder im Pool verbracht, was einfach traumhaft war. Wir hatten dadurch nicht den Druck, immer etwas unternehmen zu müssen, weil es schon "zu Hause" so schön war. Für Unternehmungen ist Porticcio ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Es gibt den Strand in Porticcio, den wir anfangs verschmähten (Flugzeuge starten und landen in Sichtweite und er hat etwas von einer Vergnügungsmeile ... ein Restaurant am anderen, Clubs, Bars, etc...), aber im Laufe der Zeit gewannen wir den Strand trotzdem immer lieber. Das Meer dort ist toll, nette Menschen, gute Atmosphäre. Und idyllischere Strände mit mehr Ruhe gibt es in der Nähe. Unsere Lieblingsstrände waren der Plage d'argent (ca. 15 Mi. Autofahrt) oder hinter Ajaccio der Plage Capo di Feno. Es gibt aber noch viel mehr Möglichkeiten .... Ajaccio ist toll zum Einkaufen und wer Trubel mag, ansonsten ist Bonifacio ein schöner Tipp. In Porticcio selbst gibt es aber alles, was man braucht: Supermärkte, sogar einen Biomarkt, eine Biobäckerei (beim Casino Supermarché), auch sonst gute Läden. Die Gastgeber der Unterkunft sind soooo liebenswert. Sehr zurückhaltend, aber wenn man möchte, kann man auch sehr, sehr netten Kontakt haben. Den Pool hatten wir immer für uns alleine, was wir, besonders unsere Töchter, sehr genossen haben. Der Abschied war richtig schwer .... und ist es noch. Wir kommen wieder. :-)

La petite maison dans le jardin à l abandon

On passe des bonnes vacances dans cette location Mais nous avons été déçu par de nombreux détails Le salon en baies vitrés des propriétaires est à 5 mètres des marches de la piscine Heureusement les vitres ont des rideaux Le jardin semble à l abandon , l herbe n est pas tondue par souci de biodiversité , Mais on pourrait tondre l herbe de la douche à la piscine pour nous éviter de nous salir les pieds avant de se baigner La douche est très vétuste ( plus d écoulement , l. eau part dans le jardin ) vétuste comme certain fauteuils de jardin et chaises longues , il y a des outils qui trainent, des tas de feuilles Une très ancienne volière à poules qui est très moche et qui ne sert plus depuis longtemps, il y a du sparadrap sur le parasol Tout cela n est pas gravicime mais cela gâche le séjour Il faut aussi signaler la construction de 5 immeubles de 3 ou 4 étages juste derriere, à 50 Métres de la propriété Les Photos sont Très Anciennes car l immeubles n est pas sur les clichés Toutes les photos ne sont plus d actualités C était du temps ou le mobilier était neuf On a discuter de tous ces points avec le propriétaire qui a reconnu un certain laisser aller de son épouse qui est débordée et en congés au mois d aout Nous avons affronté la tempête du 17 aout seul et nous avons remis la piscine le plus propre possible J ai obtenue une remise des frais de ménage pour cette demi journée de travail et un petit merci du bout des lèvres Pas de baignade pendant 2 jours car l eau a tournée La piscine a la particularité d être sur deux profondeurs -Un niveau jusqu'à au maillot 1 mètre -Un niveau de plus de 2 métrés -taille 4m X8m La chambre est très très petite la salle de bain et la cuisine tout autant Mais c est pas le plus grave Le plus grave c est le manque d intérêt de la proritaire a satisfaire les clients "C est comme ca , et c est chez moi ! Les autres clients sont très content

Nous avons passé 15 jours très reposant dans cette petite maison où nous avions tout à disposition. La piscine est un vrai plus, les propriétaires très gentils et serviables. Juste à noter pour les personnes qui ont des enfants en bas âge pas de machine à laver le linge mais Catherine la propriétaire se rend disponible pour en faire de chez eux! Pour nous l'emplacement était idéal avec 2 enfants. Proximité du petit centre, des commerces et de la plage. A 20-30 min d'Ajaccio (bateau-aéroport). De très jolies plages accessibles en voiture 20 à 30 min. La location est agréable, l'équipement adéquate pour notre séjour et les hôtes sont sympathiques et discrets. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour: l’emplacement qui nous a permis de rayonner un peu partout a travers l’ île, la gentillesse et la discrétion des hôtes ainsi que les bons conseils prodigués qui nous ont permis de découvrir des lieux superbes! Le jardin est superbe avec la piscine dont nous avons profité matin et soir. Charmante Unterkunft, super nette Vermieterin

Das Häuschen liegt zentral und abgesehen von der noch laufenden Baustelle auch ruhig. Der Garten ist groß und sehr gemütlich und der Pool sogar zum echten Schwimmen geeignet. Die Vermieterin steht mit Anregungen zu Unternehmungen in der Nähe bereit, hält sich ansonsten sehr diskret im Hintergrund. Tomaten und Früchte darf man im Garten ernten. Für unsere Kinder waren die Schildkröten, die Katze und der Hund des Vermieters (nicht dauerhaft da) ein zusätzlicher Pluspunkt. Katharina wäscht auch für Gäste, wenn man sie darauf anspricht.

Sommer 2019 - Grosseto-Prugna

Wir (2erwachsene und 2kinder: 3und6 Jahre) haben hier unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Die Kinder haben den großzügigen Garten mit seinen Bewohnern (1latze, 3schildkröten und ab und an der Hund der Vermieter) und den großen sauberen Pool, der durch die Teilung in der Tiefe für alle super nutzbar war, sehr geliebt. Die draußendusche war ein Highlight der Jungs 😉. Das Haus bot alles was wir benötigten, wir hatten ausreichend Platz mit den Kindern. Die Terrasse bietet ebenfalls die Möglichkeit zu entspannen. Der Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich im ihrem Zuhause empfangen und haben uns freundlich unterstützt die Insel für uns zugeschnitten kennenzulernen. Dabei waren sie sehr lieb und diskret und insgesamt sehr zurückhaltend. Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit und können das Ferienhaus gern weiterempfehlen.

Maisonnette de charme .. oui, mais pas au calme !

Nous sommes un couple avec 2 enfants de 9 et 12 qui avons séjourné du 4 au 12 /07. L'emplacement est parfait ! à quelques minutes à pieds de la plage, des restaurants, des commerces et boutiques. La maisonnette est fonctionnelle, propre et confortable. Equipement standard et suffisant (manque un micro onde quand même) Le jardin est grand et agréable, la piscine parfaite ! Les hôtes sont charmants et (tres) discrets Le gros point négatif (qui nous a mis la boule au ventre en arrivant) : le BRUIT ! En lisant les commentaires precedents, une personnes se plaignait des nuisances sonores dues à un chantier de construction. Avant d'effectuer ma reservation, j'ai donc demandé au propriétaire si ces dernières étaient toujours presentes ; reponse "Bonjour, aucun signe de nuisance .. !" Oubliez les grasses matinées ou la sieste au bord de la piscine car le chantier de construction d'un lotissement à proximité immédiate bat sont plein. Grues, pelles, marteau piqueur, scies, etc ... de 8h à 17h (voir 18h) du lundi au samedi INCLUS Vraiment pas sympa de nous avoir menti à se sujet d'autant plus que ce chantier est loin d'être terminé.

Cadre agréable, propriétaires discrets, très belle piscine, jardin de belle taille. Cependant le calme n'était pas au rendez-vous (gros chantier de construction d'une résidence). Dommage. La mer est proche , les commerces aussi, la location est très bien située.
