Me and my girlfriend had Such a lovely time. In Saint Lucia we stay at harmony suites A warm and comfortable environment friendly and very helpful. We also met a guy called Andre mathurin that runs the airport transfer and taxi service and also excursions from the hotel. That can offer you a beautiful and safe experience in Saint Lucia. He Is a true gentleman. I will look forward to coming back soon. Mr henry
I made the mistake of booking a “Premier Suite” at Harmony Suites for a two week stay, there was nothing Premier about it. The whole hotel is run down, dingey and needs knocking down and starting again. We stayed with 6 other people and had therefore booked 5 rooms as a party. Our “Premier Room”, although bigger than the other standard rooms our friends were staying in, had a much smaller fridge than the standard rooms, had no hob unlike the standard rooms, had no cooking utensils unlike the standard rooms, had no ceiling fan unlike the standard rooms, and had a smaller bed than the standard rooms ! From what we witnessed during our two weeks at Harmony Suites, the only real difference between the Premier and Standard rooms was a run-down jacuzzi that was falling apart. The air-conditioning unit in our room leaked so much water onto the sofa sat underneath it, that the cleaners had to take the cushions away to dry. These cushions didn’t return for another 5 days without any notice. The hotel restaurant serves some nice food, however expect to wait an extremely long time for it. In general, the whole hotel is very run down, very dingey and very basic. It is certainly not worth the amount of money that they charge, and looks very different online than it does in real life. I would advise finding somewhere a little more expensive to guarantee a pleasant stay in St Lucia and avoid Harmony Suites at all costs!
My wife and i stayed 30 days at the Harmony from mid January to mid February 2019.First of all the location is absolutely perfect being nestled along the marina in a secluded area with gardens and trees. An easy walk of around 100 yards puts you on beautiful Reduit Beach. Our room was large and well laid out with a balcony overlooking the pool. It felt like we were in an apartment with frig, toaster, coffee maker etc. Our room was maintained exactly like we wanted for all 30 days. Now for even a better review. The staff at the front desk are the best you will see. They answered all our questions and were helpful in many ways. The star of the show is Charan. She is the manager of the Harmony. What a personality and sense of humor she has. She should get an award. If you are going to stay at Rodney Bay my wife and i highly recommend The Harmony.
I was in St. Lucia for a week (June 15-22, 2019) and really enjoyed my stay at Harmony Suites which was recommended by my brother who had stayed there twice before. My room was bright, had a great view, was well taken care of, and cleaned by staff who were friendly and efficient, especially Charan at the front desk. A short distance from the crowds of Reduit, it is close to the beach and transport, and I will be staying there on my next trip!
We decided to stay at the Marina rather than the beach on our 2nd trip to Reduit beach and were so pleased. Lovely staff, great rooms with security and privacy. Good bar and breakfast too. Recommended!
If you are looking for a well located, friendly and well-maintained hotel where you can walk to a beautiful beach in five minutes this is it. This is not a 5-star luxury resort and doesn't pretend to be. The rooms are bright and clean, the amenities wonderful and the staff is terrific. Rodney Bay has no highrise hotels and as a result, it has a sense of community and is very laid back. Our time at Harmony Suites we will remember as one of our favourite vacations. The breakfasts are included and soooo good!
We stayed in Harmony Suites for 4 days as after spending some time in the southern part of island we wanted to get the ambience of the North. Harmony Suites are located close to the Reduit Beach (5 min walk). On our arrival we were surprised as we were upgraded to the Luxury Suite (we booked Classic room) - with jacuzzi, waterfront view, etc.! Harmony Suites are located in one-storey building surrounded by garden (there you can find small swimming pool). The only one thing which concerned me during our stay was "open access" to the hotel premises: it shares the land with other services (car rental, restaurant, yoga club, etc.) and there is no door or security check so everyone can get in. Reception desk is just next to the entrance but I wouldn't say it helps to stop entering non-guests to the hotel. What is more, inside the room there is "guest information" sheet about safety in the hotel - they recommend using safe, close slide door from the patio if you leave the room, etc. It was a little bit scary but I think it's just a prevention. Bus stop to Castries is 10 min walk from the hotel (same shopping centre). All in all, I recommend staying in Harmony Suites.
We really enjoyed our 10 night stay. The check in was hassle free, our room (19) was probably the best all round, ground floor right next to the pool, but with the plants in front made it secluded. The room itself was spacious for 2 people, the kitchenette was ok for our needs but wouldn’t really want to cook anything on the portable stove. House cleaning was excellent everyday. The pool area gets the sun all day, I would say the pool is a lot smaller then the photo shows. 4 sun loungers each end. The shops are about a 10 minute walk, the beach is less than that in the other direction. The Cockpit restaurant and bar was ok but a little expensive for what you get, but saying that so was most things in St Lucia.
we were not expecting much but had a huge surprise when we checked into the hotel. room was beautiful and the view of the marina was outstanding. Front desk check in was easy and efficient and while only there for one night it was a great place to be at. Lovely well maintained room. A nice surprise
Not luxurious but quiet & friendly, my upstairs room was large with balcony overlooking the bay ( obscured by a few trees). As I don’t cook on holiday it contained everything I required & would probably have the utensils to make the basics. Ceiling fan in the living part of the suite, aircon in the bedroom which worked well. Bed must have been fairly comfortable as I didn’t have any problems sleeping. There is a very nice waterfront restaurant on site & the less pricy Cockpit bar, can recommend the chicken roti. The pool is small but a nice peaceful area to relax. If you come out of the hotel, turn left to the top of the road, then left for the shops & right for the beach which is next to the police station. Sunbeds, umbrellas can be hired on the beach. There are several bars restaurants scattered around the area, within a five minute walk. For those with late flights out there is a shower room available for use. Some would say this hotel is dated but I found it quite cosy & reasonably priced through WIOL.
