Rooms were dirty and the whole place is run down. Had to switch rooms because one wasn't cleaned and the one they put me into someone had been smoking in. Bugs were present as well.

This trip was for pleasure. Hotel accommodation were adequate but could use some upgrades. Service was very good. Breakfast could have been much better. Reservation were not available because hotel never received them. They had to begin from scratch!

Working out of town (construction) not expecting to stay at some highend place just need a place to crash for the night. After working my way through the Crackhead gaunlet on the way to the room. I got in the room and the front door was broke and wouldnt shut. All good I carry, so is what it is. The adjoining room door was held closed by a chair in my room. Again is what it is. The bed was covered in stains (happy time stains). All good ill sleep in the computer chair, it was late just need to crash. But it was the cockroaches that put it over the top and had me turn around and check out. For $110-130 a night your not looking for high end but definitely would like a clean room that your not bringing travelers back home with you.

I would not recommend this place, especially if you’re visiting a student that goes Lander University.( You’re already tired from traveling and stressed )I checked in at 2pm everything was good. I was rushing to get to the university to move my son in, so I really didn’t inspect my room good.When I got my son moved into his dorm the only thing I wanted was to relax. I pulls up(around 8 at night) people standing outside kids hanging off balconies, people were loud it was Terrible! Went in my room hit the lights walls had old stains. The back of toilet was dusty and the Ac was not working and it was dusty. Tried to use the phone that’s was on the night stand it didn’t work. I got out of there real quick. I went to front desk, asked for another room because I didn’t have anywhere else to go. So me and the clerk went to check out an available room and it was people still there! I was like mam just give me a refund. That’s not it. Instead of her giving a refund she charged me again. She tried to argue with me so I said, I’ll call my bank and they confirmed that the hotel charged me twice. Not to mention the room was 117.00. They took out a total of $234.00. So now I’m broke. I have to wait 7 business days to get my money back, and drive 1 hour and 15 minutes back to Greenville. Please do not stay there it’s drug infested
