One of the deciding factors for choosing this hotel was the fact that it had a hot tub. The hotel description, says there is a hot tub and even the Bon Voy apps how a picture of a hot tub. But, to our disappointment, the hot tub had been removed. Also, we found a pair of sandals in front of the couch under the coffee table which made us wonder if the room had been vacuumed or not.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing due to the website false information on the property amenities. The Fairfield Inn Marriott advertised it had a indoor pool and spa. When we arrived I asked the clerk about the spa availability. I was told there is no spa because it was filled with concrete due to chemical contamination. This specific amenity was the sole reason I selected this particular hotel. To say I was disappointed (no spa) is a gross understatement. I wish the website accurately depicted the hotel amenities.
