Arrived and they didn't have the second night down as a booking. Tried to change the room as so tiny but they couldn't accommodate it on the computer and supervisors were all off. Pool was supposed to be heated all year round but freezing. Overall a thoroughly disappointing experience and we are Hilton members and use them a lot.
Really nice staff and check in was great. Rooms are clean
I love how small this Hampton Inn is. The staff was very friendly, parking was great and the location is very convenient to my job.
Low end hotel with bugs in bathroom. Not something I will ever return to.
Overall good experience, nothing incredible but very good
Wonderful staff great just getting in and out to the main street is a pain
The hotel is delightful; however, there is only one road into and out of it to Highway 146 (Woodruff) and getting in and out is horrendous because there is no light. You can be 5 or 6 cars back and it might take 10 minutes to get on to the road!
Friendly staff, lobby was clean and neat. Room was nice and neat. Breakfast area was cleaned and food was good and items were replinshed as needed.
When we arive theres was no one at the front desk we had to wait, the hotel was very nice and clean, but we did'not get any rest because people were very loud around four am in the morning and also slamming doors, overall The hampton is a nice hotel
They have dinner for their guest Mon-Thur. What a refreshing change for the weary "road warrior"...beats having to hunt down a restaurant every night when you are on the road. Sometimes it's nice to stay in...
