Our 7 day experience during a hurricane evacuation from FL was incredible here. The entire staff went above & beyond to make all of us feel welcome. The place was spotless and the maintenance man who helped clean the lobby, etc. was great & friendly, as was everyone else on the staff. The 2 ladies who took care of the breakfast area did a fabulous job. The front desk staff was so helpful also. We can't say enough good things about this hotel. You MUST stay here, if you're in this area.

Our family was mandatory evacuated from florida due to Hurricane Irma visiting our state. We got on the road with no real place to go. After sleeping in a walmart parking lot the first night and having no luck finding a hotel we finally reached the Hampton Inn. They gave us a room and allowed our dogs whom we wouldnt leave behind to stay with us. The staff was welcoming and kind. The fro t desk manager (i think named Belinda) went out of her way to accommodate our needs. The property was very clean along with the cute and comfortable rooms. If i was visiting the area again i will certainly know exacrly where to go and know that i will be comfortable. Oh and a vedy comfy lobby area with great coffee all day and breakfast in the morning. Big tv to watch the news while snacking and relaxing. Thank you so much.

Like many others staying at Hampton Inn Greenville I-385 during the days surrounding 21 August 2017; we were there to experience the solar eclipse in the path of totality. We came from Texas, Georgia, Michigan, New York, and many other places. The management and staff took account of this event; and provided lawn space, lawn chairs, bottled water, and eclipse viewing glasses. Also, the breakfast bar was very good. The room servicing was very good. The rooms were fully adequate. The managers and staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and helpful in many various ways. And they did an excellent job of encouraging us to appreciate the city of Greenville, a very worthwhile tourist-vacation-recreation destination. (Without Hampton Inn encouragement, we would not have known about the wonders of Greenville. With Hampton Inn encouragement, two of us stayed two nights after the eclipse to experience Greenville.) The 21 August 2017 solar eclipse was a joyful event (an exceptional moment of national unity!) made more joyful by the manager, management staff, work staff, and others at Hampton Inn Greenville I-385.

I use this Hampton Inn when in the Greenville area on business. The quick complimentary breakfast is important to me when on the go in the mornings to visit plant operations in the area. Otherwise, I find the Hampton Inn to have a good bed, pillow and wifi. I've used other hotels in this area but find this one to work best for me. Some good restaurants are very close by. I highly recommend the several Hampton's in the Greenville area when in town. I'll be returning in several weeks for a few more days.

My bride and i opted to take a quick trip to Greenville, SC. We were looking for aHampton Inn that was near the interstates as well as the downtown. We prefer to stay at Hampton Inns because of the quality of the facilities and the staff. We were warmly greeted and appreciate the personality and kindness of the young lady at the front desk. Our room was clean and quiet. This was a very good choice.

Atmosphere in lobby was cheerful and staff was very accommodating. No wait lines ever staff would come out from the back and jump in with guest to check everyone in. This was the weekend of the eclipse so you can imagine how crazy it was.

I stayed here for the eclipse 2017. The staff was on point and did not miss a beat. The facility was clean and accessible. The room was neat and well maintained. I would definitely stay at this location again.

Typical Hampton Inn Experience. No surprises. Laid out similarly to all other Hampton Inn, which gives one a warm, fuzzy filling. Outside parking areas always well lit. A woman walking alone feels safe. Down-home breakfast meals nicely served. Even hard boiled eggs if you don't like scrambled. Nice assortment of bread and sweet rolls. Selection of juices and good coffee; a choice of robust if one prefers. Easy to get to from the main road. We'll be back!

My wife and I have generally been satisfied with the many Hampton Inns we’ve stayed at over the years and this one was no exception. Despite its location near an Interstate, the room was well enough sound insulated that even though it faced the highway, the traffic noise was barely noticeable -- even when the room air conditioner was not running. The pillows were a tad too soft for me, but the room was clean and the bed was otherwise comfortable. The pool area was clean and I had time to swim a few lengths before two families with small kids showed up. The complementary breakfast was modest in variety and fairly routine as these things go, but it was okay and got us on our way.

They were very responsive to our request for an upper floor as well as one away from the internet. The desk staff greeted us in a friendly manner, as did every hotel employee we encountered. The only slight problem we had was an annoying metallic shimmy noise when the AC would start up. After it ran for a few seconds that went away, and it wasn't too bad. The bed was nice and comfortable, the room clean. A good stay and we would return here any time we came to Greenville.
