Days Inn by Wyndham Andalusia

Decent hotel for overnight stay

We were in town for a race and needed a room for one night. This hotel was convenient in location and price was ok. Only interaction with staff was at check in/check out and lady at front desk was nice. Breakfast was ok, not much to choose from and juice from dispenser was mostly water. Hotel and rooms were clean, though I did find a spider in my bed. Probably would stay here again if overnight trip.

Nice Stay

Hotel looks new and would stay again. Breakfast was good. Went to the pool in the morning and did not see anyone clean or service pool. That was the only negative item I have.

Quality Inn & Suites

During check-in 6/15/18 the desk clerk did not ask for any ID which i found very odd. It took us a few minutes to locate our room which are accessed from outside due to poor lighting in the parking lot and walkways. The inside of our room was very dated. The bedspread had what appeared to be burn holes in it. We went to purchase a soft drink out of one of the vending machines and found it to have been vandalized and had a note taped on it saying "if you need anything come to the office". We when to the office assuming there was another machine and found there was not but the clerk said they had bottled water for purchase ($2.00 per bottle}. When we checked out the following morning i told the morning clerk of our experience, and she stated that it was not thier hotel to allow check in without ID and the water was free for guests. said she would notify the hotel Mgr of our issues.

Quality Inn

Good, just not Great

I've stayed at this hotel before with no problems, so was sad to see the problems this time. I asked for a non-smoking room, and was given a room that had non-smoking stickers posted. However there were 2 (empty) ash trays in the room and the room smelled heavily of smoke. Also, the A/C did not work very well, only cooling if on a low setting. For some reason it would not work on the high cool setting. And the last issue was the overhead lights/lamps did not work. The only lamps that worked were the ones right by the beds and the bathroom and sink overhead lights. Overall, it was an okay stay, but only okay. I would not characterize this as being a great room.
