Great facility with friendly staff. The pull out couch mattress was stained and the pool was not open during our stay.
The breakfast wasn't that great. The mattress was dated spring type mattress. The property, room, etc very clean and nice. Check in with personnel very good. Nice professional young lady at reception desk. Location very nice and safe.

This motel is convenient, clean, friendly staff, and climate control in room worked well. Parking is limited, and lighting in lot is not functional in spots. Continental breakfast is mediocre and poorly organized. Fitness center and pool hours are much more limited than advertised. Front desk staff was excellent.

OK - a one night stay in a strangely large room. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.
I appreciated the friendly and efficient employee who checked us into our room. She was extremely understanding regarding our need to have a 1st floor room for a disabled person... and also satisfy the need for a room near an exit due to our need to walk the dog. Comfort Suites was extremely "pet friendly" and it was very important that we were able to house our dog for the night. Comfort Suites treated us like family.
We had a beautiful room -- better than we expected for the price we paid. The staff were friendly. The breakfast was nice too. We liked that it was a short walk to several places to eat. We will definitely stay again on our next visit to Greenville.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and thoughtful when we arrived. Easy check in and great advice about a local sea food restaurant. Room was clean, well equipped and quiet.
The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was unique with pancakes.

I stayed on 4/16 for 2 nights and it was a great stay. My room actually looked like the room on the website. The staff was great. Room was clean an quite. Parking was good. Everything was great an I can't wait to go back. It was worth the price.

Our apologies for the pool being closed and the stains on the couch mattress. We have the pool opened again and we will be replacing the couches soon!
