High Point NC for furniture market has a problem with shutting down booking sites for ALL Hotels etc. I was not the only person that went to a hotel that was overbooked- several hotels etc overbooked plus hotels like the Red Lion Inn whom usually charge 49 per night; hit the buyers at 350 per night. The Inn Town Suites even though they were overbooked provided me a room under renovations which was not comfortable but better than being 2 hours away and they are 15 minutes from the Furniture Market. The staff made me happy cry; figuring out how to provide us a room.
Everything is not good enough they don’t change the towels every day they don’t give Toilet paper and also I asked for iron and they said they don’t have it so the server is really really Bad
This hotel has bed bugs. They refused to move me to another room. Instead they said either stay in the room or check out. So I checked out and will never stay at this hotel again. Horrible place to stay.
the room was a bit dated and in desperate need of renovations. Staff was able to resolve each issue I experienced. This is a no frills extended stay hotel that serves its purpose. Good for a short term stay if you aren't particular about your room. Also, this is the 1st extended stay hotel I've visited and did NOT see any insects in the room. Well done!
Rude customer service and management. Hotel smells horrible and service is ludicrous
Nothing to complain about. Fine, clean. A bit far from most things but not too too far. Not many nicer restaurants nearby.
Very nice and quiet place to stay, staff is very friendly.
The hotel was decent came with a full refrigerator 2 burner stove, microwave, and toaster! It was a great deal for the amount of money I paid. The staff was very friendly and it was a quiet atmosphere especially since it was new years eve. Overall I had a great stay and would recommend others to stay there if u want a decent room for decent price! Dont get me wrong there were a few down sides like the smell of the floor, but I was staying on a smoking floor, and the hotel is a little outdated but I would still stay there!
Great location. Great value for the $. Have reserved rooms at this property many times and will use it again in the future for business events.
I've stayed here a few times. It does it's job for a Short one night stay
I decided to ignore the grim reviews about this hotel. I searched the internet and got a 20% off deal for a 2-night stay with all taxes for $79.02. For less than $40 a night all in, it was perfect for my needs. Suite includes a full size fridge & kitchenette with burner, micro, dishes. Decor is a bit worn. Room cleanliness was average, mostly OK but fridge exterior needed some more attention. Staff was friendly and courteous. I had no concerns about safety.
This is my third time staying at this hotel. I will stay again.
Was impressed about the room setting and it's very lose to the movies n shopping center
Reasonably priced stopover on the way to the south. The room is spaceous with adequate cooking facilities. The floor has unsavorory smell when arrived due most likely to the long term tenents. Not improved duing the stay. Would come again if the smell can be eliminated.
staff was nasty my sons room the couch was broken rented a room for 3 adults gave me room with 1 bed nonsmoking floor stunk from smoke people hanging out the windows smoking STAY SOME PLACE ELSE
Halls smelled horrible like smoke and check in took way too long. Other than that it was a nice place
I was with my daughter in Oct 2013 and thought I gave a review but could not find it listed. Here is goes. Very clean, very comfortable but young people were roaming the hallways and were unpleasant to deal with although this only took place on one occasion. It appears to have some full-time residents that might explain it but quiet during sleep hours and no other issues.
Very convenice to shopping center, a budget management stay.
