We were underwhelmed based on the reviews Flood light lit up the parking lot for security but also lit up the room even though blinds shuttered. Train track runs right alongside the hotel so woken up twice during the night by freight trains. Shower was hot! Towels were scratchy, one mini bar of soap (no shampoos etc). No in room coffee. It was cheap and cheerful. I really don’t remember seeing a pet fee on the Orbitz description but that’s pretty standard. It was nice enough, clean, a few more “touches” would be nice. The trains …… it is what it is!!

The room was clean even though it was old. It was recently renovated. They did a pretty good job with it. It does the trick for the cost. It was by far the most affordable and the bed was comfortable. It was a good place to stay for the price. I will stay there again likely, but not what I would call a vacation destination.

The proper\nTy was okay at best. But I was charged $30 to Check-in early after.I was told that there was no early check in over the phone. I\nLeft in a hurryThe next morning and I left an envelope, a manilla envelope with $97, and some very important medicines.I didn't realize I had left it until I got home.The next morning and got ready for work. When I called acquiring about my very important belongings , the woman that answered acted like she could care less and told me to call at nine o'clock to speak with the people who cleaned my room. As if they are going to be honest about it, I hope and pray they will as I have not yet spoken to them.But the woman in charge acted like she could care less and did nothing to help.Try and find my loss belongings.I'll never be staying there again and I will be filling a police report if my belongings do not turn up

Clean, Comfy, Very Affordable

Kind staff and comfy bed. Yes, the building and rooms are older, but they were clean, and that's what really matters at the end of the day. I'm traveling to Greensboro every weekend for the rest of the month and I plan on booking a room for each visit. Can't beat the price, and the room has everything you need.

If you like an abusive property owner screeching at you from the courtyard before you have even gotten out of the car, this is the place for you. Needless to say, the abusiveness of her approach and disregard for the comfort of her guests already checked-in and in their bed just added to the distaste for me to stay.

We enjoyed our stay the lady at the window was very nice. The only reason I gave a 3/4 on the property was because some construction work was going on and they put us in a room right there. There were only 3 other guests at the time we stayed so they could have put us away from the construction

It seems to be newly renovated, which was nice. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom is nice. There were no bedside lamps. The TV had lines through the screen. It was hard to find plugs. The floor with sandy. We would probably stay there again if we had to. We had to bring our dog last minute and didn't have much option in our price range, so it was good enough. When we got there we realized we had to pay $30 for the dog. That's apparently mentioned somewhere but I didn't see it.

The best thing I can say is the air conditioner was so loud that it blocked out street noise. It did not block the parking lot construction noise. The bed was adequate. Bathroom smelled moldy. Spotlight shines through the blinds all night so brightly that sun up was not obvious. Would not stay there again. Didn't even stay the second night I had booked.

This is my 2nd stay at the Green Garden Inn(same room, even), and the room was even better than last time. For one thing, The website I booked through said the room would have 2 twin beds, but instead, the beds were doubles.

Old fashion motel that is kept up very well, Manager very responsive. Small basic room but just what you need. Desk with office chair right next to fridge and microwave. Huge king bed. Park right in front of your room so no walking. Simple and basic but all you really need and Clean.
