    Check-in was delayed for about 30 minutes because desk clerk could not get logged into system. She was pleasant and polite, but lacked training. The room was passable, but leaks in the shower stall, peeling wallpaper in bathroom, and water damaged (swollen) floor tiles in the room made this feel like an 0ther-than-Hilton" property.

    Staff was a bit grumpy. Didn't find my reservations at first, then failed to connect it with my Hilton account (it still isn't). In Chambersburg at end of Sept we received water, not so here. The room is large but there's no place to put the suitcases except on the floor, which is a problem at our age. The room was clean but so far, the experience is like checking into a warehouse for the night.
