Guest Access:
You will have access to all areas of the house and yard EXCEPT the following areas:
Owner's closet in the house near front living room
Storage closet just outside the side door
Garage/workshop building in the back
Noteworthy:
1. No Smoking Indoors: This is a smoke-free home. Smoking is only permitted outside. All cigarette butts must be disposed of properly. A $500 fine will be charged for smoking indoors or littering cigarette butts anywhere on the property.
2. No Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property under any circumstances. A $500 fine will apply for any violations.
3. No Parties or Events: Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Violations will result in a $1,000 fine.
4. No Unapproved Overnight Guests: Only guests included in the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
5. Do Not Rearrange Furniture: Furniture must remain in its original position. Do not move or rearrange any items.
6. Do Not Enter Owner’s Closet: The owner’s closet is locked and off-limits. Forcing entry will result in additional charges.
7. Damages and Missing Items: Any stolen, damaged, or missing items from the home will be charged to the guest. Charges will reflect the cost of replacement or repair.
