The property was safe, good lighting. Room was excellent, however bathroom didn't have any place to put cosmetics, hygiene products etc., but had a huge walk in shower. Bed was super comfy. Free breakfast was not that good. Overall, though, nice comfortable place And clean. Would definitely stay again

I like the size of the room. The hotel was quite and comfortable. The evening staff was polite and helpful. I felt Disappointed in the morning because the coffee was not prepared.

I was there for (2) evenings. First morning there was no hot water and was not repaired by the time I needed to leave. I needed a shower that morning badly. It was back on when I returned that evening and was able to shower. I asked if I got any compensation for the inconvenience when I left the next morning and was told no. I will not be returning ever and will make sure I spread the word

Great hotel for a reasonable price

Staff was friendly and checked us in quickly, room in great condition and clean, our bed was comfortable, breakfast buffet was very good, the hotel is pet friendly. We always stay here when we visit Greeley, CO. The only thing that could be improved upon is having a nice setting area outside.

After staying at the Country Inn next door, we came to the Comfort Inn that was head and shoulders above Country Inn. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The pool and hot tub were both clean. Will definitely stay here again.

There was 4 black spider in my room and smelled like mold. My room was by the first floor where the fitness room was and it was flooded with water

The hotel is pretty basic. It was pretty clean but housekeeping only comes upon request or every three days. We had to ask for more soap for our three day stay. People were fine.

Middle of the pack.

Good experience at this price point. Breakfast was basic, but very satisfactory. Pool & hot tub were nice. Staff was excellent and the reason for the excellent rating.
