The room was decent....could have been cleaner. Our toilet ran all night long. The water was either scalding hot or cold, you could not get an in between temperature. I had to ask for coffee to be stocked in the room everyday. They charge a fee to your card with no notice on the websites. The front desk staff were not friendly at all. The chain text me and asked how things were I responded and no further texts from them and no offer to fix the issues or move is rooms.

The pictures on the website are deceiving. Looked ok from the outside. Was really dirty and in disrepair. Staff was super unprofessional. The lady checking us in just kept yawning. I think we woke her up!? Elevator seemed like an afterthought. Was really tough to get in and out with the luggage trolly. The sheets had weird black stains on them and one of our towels looked like it had been eaten through with acid. Hard pass next time I go to Greeley.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The windows need to be replaced, super loud in the rooms from the traffic outside.

Hotel was filthy floors looked like they have not been cleaned for days. Room was fair but front door would not close properly. The noise traveled from other rooms which made it hard to sleep. Walls in the room had holes in them that were covered up with drywall mud.

The room was great and the lady at check in was auper friendly and it was easy. The morning staff was kind of stand offish and slightly rude. Ghe breakfast leaves A LOT to bbe desired, but you can make due.
