Loved art, service, vanity kit, slippers and robe being available. Very comfortable bedding and pillows. Breakfast was great. Overall, 5 stars. One thing that was missing is USB port to charge phones that is present in newer hotels. I didn't have my converter that night, so was hoping to charge directly from USB port. Fortunately, stuff allowed me to borrow their converter.
Short walk to old town. Lilia in the dining room and Verena and Lilly were all A plus.
We had a nice stay. The rooms are super modern and the views of Graz were stunning! That said, the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the city proper - while this isn't incredibly far, but the location of the hotel didn't appear to be in the nicest area. Breakfast was great, but it was not complimentary - 15 euros/person, which we found a little expensive.
