Die Bushaltestelle ist ca. 100 m entfernt, die Straßenbahnhaltestelle ist ca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und Arbeiten ein.

Die Wohnung verfügt über eine vollausgestattete Küche und einen Essbereich.
