Excellent service. Entire place was spotless; cleanest hotel went ever stayed at. Right on Houghton Lake. Beds were very comfortable as well. Nice touch with outdoor patio overlooking Lake.

The hotel was nice, clean, and in a great location. When we arrived at our room on the 4th floor, everything was clean and well maintained. The only issue we experienced was a very strong, overwhelming smell of chlorine, which eventually gave me a headache. We later found out that our room was located directly above the pool. The pool area itself was nice and clean; however, the chlorine smell was very overpowering and burned our eyes. Aside from that, the hotel was comfortable and well kept. One suggestion would be to offer more activities for kids, such as an arcade or small game area, which would make it even more family-friendly. Overall, it is a really nice hotel and could be an excellent stay with a few small improvements.

Spacious room. Well made and comfortable beds. Wish Netflix was offered in the rooms (through the guests' subscription). And being the only hotel in town with EV charging would be a huge draw, too.

Our experience was consistently pleasant and pleasing. The room was clean, quite comfortable and very functional. The cold breakfast selection was excellent, the staff attentive, and the hotel was quiet. Someone even removed the several inches of snow from around our car before we left! The only hiccup was that the treadmill didn’t always function during our four day stay.
