Lobby and rooms were dingy and old. Bathroom light did not work -- neither did refrigerator.

Great place to get a nights sleep. Heater was not on when I arrived in room but it warmed up quickly. Quiet atmosphere with an attentive, polite staff. Breakfast was hardy with a good variety. Will definitely stay again!

Receptionist very nice but my room that I booked online was not available and then when he was going to get me another the jacuzzi didn't work and then he said I would have to climb stairs which we can't do. Kind of a fiasco

I liked how the how the hotel was right off the express way - easy to find ! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast . Excellent variety of food to choose from !

We booked 3 rooms for a family gathering. The pool was clean, the rooms were decent, and the staff was very friendly.

Room was very clean. Close to where we wanted to stay and they take pets.

Hotel staff indifferent to drunken guests wandering the hallways all night long!!! This location is a ripoff in all standard aspects of hotel management.

This is a typical off the highway roadside hotel. We have family in the area and occasionally have to stay for a night. We were barely in the room except to sleep and get ready in the morning. The room was ok, nothing to write home about, your basic off the highway type room. It was mostly clean except for the fact that after running around the room in the morning for about 1.5 hours, my toddler's feet were seriously BLACK. So that was pretty gross actually. The bathroom was clean but the towels were old, tiny and scratchy, they definitely need to get some new bath towels. We used the pool and it was ok, kind of cold and a bit cloudy (I think from maybe a little bit too much chemicals, but my toddler was ok and we didn't smell like chlorine afterwards). It was an ok place to sleep for a night, there aren't many places in the area that are any better so it will do. I would never ever consider staying here for a vacation though, it would not be comfortable enough for me to stay longer than 1 night.

The first room we were offered had some "stains" on golden bedspread. Front desk did pick it up and offered to replace it right away, however, when we threw the covers back, sheets were strewn with dirt or food crumbs. One pillow appeared to be used already. We were offered another room next to the outside entry area and preferred to go to another area where there would also be NO pets near us. (we forgot to ask if this was a pet friendly hotel and we do NOT want to be near pets!) We were given a room on another floor; this was our third room assignment. About 10:30 p.m., we were awakened by someone trying to enter our room with a key and talking loudly and laughing. We opened the door only to find that the front desk had given them keys to our room since no one had recorded that we had been given occupancy. This was perhaps our WORST hotel experience ever. The original area was occupied by many pet owners (we saw three), three rooms of children under 10 years old, the poor housekeeping and the frightening experience of someone entering our room during the night! Thank goodness for the night safety locks! We definitely would never return to this facility!

We arrived with my husband on crutches. The desk clerk a pleasant young woman, looked at him and shook her head. "I'm sorry to say , you are on the 2nd floor. " he replied that's ok, I can crutch it. She then told us there was no elevator. To make matters worse there was also no one to help with the baggage So there we were a 70 yr old woman carrying bags for two people. My husband, as he crutches up the stairs slipped while trying to hurry to clear the stairs. Fortunately he was ok. But not acceptable. We needed ice for his injury and the 2nd floor ice machine was out of order . So a trip to the Libby was necessary . We went down for breakfast where they served eggs that looked like jello pancakes. Also on the 1st floor hallway was a bucket that was catching the water from a leaking pipe.. We named this place The Uncomfortable Inn! It was not worth The $130.00 we per night : (

Location good, beds and linens old, air conditioner didn't work. Overpriced for pet stay 20.00 a night. Pool and Jacuzzi nice. For a comfort inn I expected more

there was a family of a dad, and 5 kids...older (18-25) i dont know if they were all friends or what but they were in the pool throwing footballs an djumping in and out making it very hard for little kids or anyone to enjoy their stay. The staff did nothing whatsoever about it. There was no clean towels at the pool, dirty towels laying EVERYwhere. The breakfast looked like leftovers from thanksgiving. =[

Very nice room, in a great spot in town! Pretty good for the price as well!

Fun time, I had gotten a suit at this hotel as a romantic getaway for my wife and I, and it was very nice! Was a little on the pricey side, but overall I believe it was worth it!

Nice pool and hot tub; close to highway. Standard.
