The Riverview single wide mobile home is directly on the Famous Indian River Intracoastal Waterway. The property located between the thriving city of Melbourne Beach, FL to the North and the slower paced town of Sebastian to the south. It's just minutes to numerous shops and dining options. The River Escape is the perfect vacation destination for those looking to enjoy gorgeous sunrises, abundant marine wildlife while gazing at the magnificent parade of yachts, sailboats, schooners that glide by just yards from this peaceful and serene vacation oasis.
The River Escape enjoys a lovely beach overlooking the Indian River and has easy access to a large boat dock with ample fishing for redfish, snook, flounder and much more. The living room gives vacationers magnificent views to the intracoastal waterway and an authentic indoor/outdoor experience. The kitchen is fully stocked with all ones cooking needs. The Bedroom has a Queen size bed and ample storage space. The Bathroom has a generous vanity, much storage capacity and a walk in shower. All towels and linen are provided. For our Guests' convenience there is also a washer and dryer. The River Escape has two outdoor sitting areas which include a water view, eating area shaded by a lovely large Mango tree, complete with tables, chairs and outdoor grill. We also offer complimentary kayaks and a paddle board. For an additional fee, you can even charter a 56 Ft. Navigator yacht for the day, weekend or longer. The River Escape is 8 miles south of Melbourne Beach, FL with its numerous beaches, eclectic shopping and a wide variety of excellent restaurants.
The Kennedy Space Center in nearby Titusville is the perfect day trip.
4 miles to the south of The River Escape is Sebastian, Florida known for it's "Old Florida" feel, where the pace is slow and the traffic easy to navigate. Sebastian is also home to a 4 mile Riverwalk, numerous waterfront restaurants and several waterfront parks. Open air concerts are offered at the Sebastian Waterfront from January through June. Sebastian Inlet is a hidden gem with its uncrowded and unspoiled beaches which offer perfect fishing, swimming, snorkeling, and surfing. This inlet also offers gorgeous walking trails and has a delightful oceanfront restaurant. If one is looking for a slow paced getaway on the water where peacefulness and harmony with nature abound, The River Escape will serve this purpose and provide an unforgettable Florida experience that will be remembered for years to come.


Guests agree to the following prior to booking:
-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture and droppings must be cleaned from the yard.
-Non-disclosed pets will be considered a major house rule violation and may result in dismissal from the property.
-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.
-This is a quiet family neighborhood - no loud music/parties/large gatherings.
-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.
-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or pets.
-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.
-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.
-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.
