The king master suite upstairs features a brand-new screened-in porch, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening relaxation with a view, while the second bedroom includes both a queen and twin bed—ideal for families or friends. The spacious living room invites you to unwind by the cozy gas fireplace, with large windows framing the beautiful waterfront scenery. Please note, there is no pull-out sofa in this unit. Entertainment amenities include three TVs with local cable and a DVD player. Situated in the heart of Green Turtle Bay, you’re just steps away from the outdoor pool, tennis courts, spa, and playground, and within walking distance to the ship’s chandlery and boat docks. This is a non-smoking, no-pet unit; however, the owner is a pet owner, and while our housekeepers maintain a high standard of cleanliness, we cannot guarantee it is completely allergen- or dander-free.
