room was musty/mold smell, and dead bugs all over floor, the fridge was unclean, and the overall condition of room was horrendous. grounds were filled with cigarette buts, and seemed to be mostly people living on the property.
I never got to stay with the hotel. Orbitz booked me but the hotel called telling me they will filled with no room. I appreciate the courteous front desk for the heads up. Orbitz has not refunded my money and i have been getting a run around for days. I advise not useing orbitz in the advent something goes wrong. Spending hours on the phone with no resolution is painful not to mention your money in their bank.

This hotel has not been updated or renovated since the 70's. I'm sure it was nice back then but it needs to be gutted and remodeled. The room had a strange smell, the bed was sunk in the middle, when I turned on the water, rust came out of the pipes and the bathtub facet was ready to come off in my hand. The only good thing about this place was how friendly the woman at the front desk was.
Our room was clean and beds were very comfortable. However, there were never enough towels left for us, 4 ladies in the room, and there was no phone to call the desk. We had to drive up to the office each day to get more towels and wash cloths. Last day left a note on the mirror and they left 4 towels, but no wash cloths. Staff was some of the most friendly I have ever dealt with. And I travel across the US frequently. Breakfast was less than optimal. No decaf coffee, I absolutely cannot drink the caffeine.
The hotel was rundown at best. Constuction debris littered the parking lot. The was drywall mud that had splattered in the bathroom that had not been cleaned up. The door had to be slammed to get it to shut. The hotel was in total disrepair. Won't stay there again.
.I called front desk right after we checked in to let them know the bathroom light didn't turn on unless you played with the switch for 5 minutes. I was told someone would come look at it the next day but no one ever did. During the 3 day stay housekeeping never came to room. I had to call front desk for toilet paper and clean towels. The hotel pool was closed because a pump needed to be replaced. But at least the beds were comfy and the A/C worked!

Thank you for taking the time to give a review of your stay with us. I would like to apologize for no one telling you that we do provide hair dryers at the Front Desk. I do hope you will stay with us again so we may be given the chance to give you a superior stay.
