I cannot overstate how much we loved this VRBO and the town of Grand Rivers. As we drove into the town everything was covered in holiday lights. It was straight out of a hallmark movie. There is an area by Pattis that had a walk through Christmas light display. There are cute shops to visit and plenty of other restaurants to choose from that are equally good. The house is so much more than we expected as well. It is bigger and just so well laid out. Everything you could need is provided and the decor is bright and welcoming. You can tell the owners take great pride in providing a stay that will exceed your expectations. We planned to stay one night and loved the property so much we asked to stay longer. It was booked, which is not surprising. If you are considering this property, book it! You will love it.

This property was incredibly spacious, spotless, and very well-stocked. The hosts truly thought of everything—board games, essential toiletry items, K-cups, tea, coffee, bottled water, a spa tub, hot tub, corn hole boards, plenty of towels, and extra bedding. We honestly could not have asked for anything better!The location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, a grocery store, and entertainment. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Pristine home with well thought out amenities. Wish I could give six stars. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed breakfast and coffee around the fire pot. We couldn’t stop talking about how nice things were. We plan to come again.

We all fell in love with this house. It had everything you could possibly want. It was fully stocked! Only thing you really had to bring was your clothes. All 7 of us are baby boomers so we loved the Elvis records. Only one little thing was that the upstairs bedroom was a little warm. But we solved that by opening both end windows and it immediately cooled off by bedtime. Within walking distance of Patti’s. Would definitely give this a 10 out 10 review and recommend to everyone!

We love coming to the Lawson’s. We had come in October 2024, and we knew we had to come back with our kids this year. It’s close to everything, it’s convenient.
