Fine place, but.... Sink didn’t drain. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast bar twice I went and only had 1-2 sausages in bin.

Given a room that was already occupied Given another room and the keycard didn’t work. Went to check out in the morning and no staff available at the front desk. All that for $160. Ugh

The staff were very welcoming. The property could use a remodel, with tubs installed, towel racks installed and/or hooks to hang toiletry bags and wet towels.

I Thought the staff was great. One young lady even got my son a ride to gvsu when cabs were not available. Went way above and beyond. Thank you again!

Breakfast needs some help Rooms could use a refrigerator

I've stayed at this hotel several times as it is convenient to family and friends as well as the university. The rooms are clean and the staff are always very pleasant.

Location good for college visit. Other than that the shower wasn't the cleanest and didn't care for the TV. No one at the counter when checking out...was told they would be back in five minutes. Waited 20 mins. Breakfast not so good.

Had a wedding in the area and it was the perfect hotel. Chela, nice and clean, and a free breakfast included. Just what we needed.

Room was clean, tv in the room didn't work, wifi was non existent!

came to Grand Rapids without a hotel reservation late at night the night of a Bob Seger concert. Town was all booked out and I had to drive all the way to this hotel. Not bad considering my situation, but certainly not a future destination

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room was comfortable, very clean and quiet. Would visit again.

The location near GVSU is excellent, room was clean, although the heater in the room didn't work - never kicked on. Staff was very friendly. The exercise room is a joke - the equipment was very old and non-functioning. The heater in the room didn't work - never kicked on. The pool looked like it could use some maintenance, as well. No wi-fi was a available, not even paid - only wired internet.

If you are doing anything at GSVU this hotel is within walking distance; barely over half a mile. Facilities are nice and the staff is friendly. There is nothing that stands out worth mentioning but also nothing to complain about.

King size bedroom, pretty average. Did not like the sliding door for the bathroom and that vanity was in the bedroom. Okay for the price.

Planned a trip to Grand Haven and was looking for some place to stay not right in Grand Haven for better pricing...Just a nice drive that evening, passing several road side markets. The hotel and the room was nice and clean, plenty of towels...bathroom was very small but very clean, fine for just two people...air conditioning was working great in the room. Nice continental breakfast

Spent the day at the beach in Grand Haven and went to Michigans Adventure. The hotel was a half hour from Grand Haven and 40-50 mins from Michigans Adventure. Nice being away from the city you don't have to listen to the traffic. The hotel room was a little small but for the amount of time we spent in it, it was just fine.

Went to Grand Valley Farm Market Went to Grand Haven

The staff was very polite about resolving a perceived issue concerning my credit card and especially helpful in finding a local winery for us. The lobby was large and comfortable. The fitness room only had one each of a treadmill, bicycle, and elliptical; only the elliptical was completely functional. The fitness room TV was working so it was an enjoyable workout. We stayed in a handicapped-accessible room on the first floor and my husband loved the spacious bathroom with a built-in shower bench which were lacking at other hotels' handicapped-accessible rooms. This hotel is about 20 minutes west of downtown Grand Rapids. On the way downtown there are two golf courses, a variety of restaurants and a Meijer. We were there to visit our daughter. Our son drove up from Kalamazoo so we all went to lunch Main Street Pub across the parking lot from the hotel and then shopping at the Woodlands Mall in Wyoming, just southeast of Grand Rapids. My only complaint about the hotel is that there was not enough condiments for the in-room coffee.
