Perfect place to stay for an amazing snowmobile trip. Walking distance from the tavern and brewery. We had 4 trucks with enclosed trailers and parking was no issue. Very neat and clean. We will be back :)

A group of us stayed for a snowmobile trip and couldn’t have been happier with the house. Very clean, Molly was a fantastic host, and the snow removal was damn impressive. We got a few feet of snow while we were there and it was great riding. So close to great restaurant/bars, general store, and fuel. We will be back!

Great location & pet friendly! Conveniently located steps away from the beach/lake and a short walk to businesses/shops/eateries, etc. The host was very responsive to any questions we had months before our stay and moments before our arrival. This home is comfy, quaint and nicely laid out. There were 3 families (7 people total) in our group. Each family had their private spaces and their own bathrooms, with plenty of space to allow us to all sit together as a group to catch-up and reunite. This was great!!

Our stay was wonderful. The best thing about the house was the closeness of the beach, coffee shop, and shopping. The manager was super friendly and the house was as advertised. The dishwasher was broke and there is no AC so we did have to wash by hand and use lots of fans but that didn’t distract from the 5 star vacation. We will be staying again next year if available.

The house’s open floor plan works well for bigger groups. Having three full baths was very helpful. The kitchen is well-appointed and the sideboard offers plenty of space for daily items with storage in the cupboards below. The two lazy boy rocker-recliners were perfect for a stay with an infant. Be sure to bring beach towels and, if cooking for an extended stay, perhaps some Tupperware. Use of the garage was very helpful and parking is ample. Best of all is the location—close to the big beach, the harbor, and town. We hope to stay again in 2026!

We had a wonderful stay in Grand Marais. The house is perfectly located between town and the lake, making it easy to enjoy everything Grand Marais has to offer. The deck is also a very nice feature for meals and spending time together as a family.

So peaceful

It was great stay enjoyed every minute. Only thing i can say is the deck needs some tlc and the screen slider is crap doesnt work and the dish waaher didnt work eithwr but she told us a out the dishwasher just before arriving But that did not deter us at all just had to watch ur footing on deck and use both hands on screen door on slider.
