On a private and quiet cul-de-sac in Grand Junction's North End, this classic house has a full remodel with stainless steel kitchen, soaking tub, and central air conditioning. Relax in the open floor plan, bbq on the back patio, and sleep sound in the private bedrooms with large closets. Primary suite features a king bed, sitting area and huge walk-in closet. Guest room features a queen bed and private bath. Office has a double sleeper sofa. A well-stocked gym is part of the garage space. Tucked back in an established neighborhood, while still just minutes from I-70, the airport, CMU, and the hospitals. The open floor plan, large professional kitchen with gas range, central air conditioning and much more, make this a superb destination while in the Grand Junction.
