My stay over thanksgiving, while in a good location, was horrible. My room was broken into. The window and the screen was open when I returned to my room after spending time with my family. I had the Do Not Disturb placard on the outside of my door. It was freezing cold in the room and it was a terrible violation of my privacy and safety While the manager provided me with another room, the television did not work and the coffee maker also failed to work. I packed up and left, went to the Hampton Inn and as I opened up the front door to book a room, the same manager as was at the Comfort Inn was standing in the entryway at that hotel and told me they were all sold out, which they weren’t as there were very few cars in the parking lot. I’ve yet to receive a refund in spite of the manager authorizing it through Expedia. Expedia has yet to reimburse me also. It wasn’t a pleasant weekend by any stretch of the imagination.

It's was ok. It serves it's purpose, to sleep. The key lock on the door was broken off and took us a minute to get in, but we did. The refrigerator made a annoying noise throughout the night and after charging my phone and oxygen concentrator over night I noticed the outlet on my side of the bed was not working. But it was comfy and fine for one night.

The shower is above great! If it was just a walk in instead of a tub, that would have it perfect! The water/head pressure is the best and HOT water! Breakfast was good, room was quiet and the a/c worked as it should.

The front desk were great and very helpful. Good breakfast was served. NOW The room was NOT very clean as it was not swept at all. There was popcorn on the floor and we never had food in the room. There were pieces of papers that were never picked up.
