Nice place and conveniently located. Hallway carpets were a bit old and dirty. Rooms are spacious and includes a refrigerator and microwave. Refrigerator wasn't cold enough and could have worked better. Beds are comfortable and had 4 very soft and fluffy pillows.

Front desk person was very nice. Room was outdated. Bed was very uncomfortable. Sorry would not recommend to a friend.

You get what you pay for. Cheap price cheap hotel. The hotel was run down, no elevator stairs were unsafe, floors were filthy, beds were old, worn out and uncomfortable. Shower was spacious and the balcony had a good view. Good location close to gas station, fast food, and walmart. Next time will just definitely pay a little more next time for a better stay.

This hotel was actually good for the price. Was clean and a great environment. I would stay here again if I'm in the area.

I stayed just one night at the hotel and I have nothing to complain about. The room was comfy and clean.

Great location as we were heading for the Grand Canyon for the day. The hotel room was clean and the breakfast was basic but good. No complaints given the great price. D

Everyone was very nice. I really enjoyed the late check in and the late check out! They were very accommodating and we loved the beds. Will def stay again!

Just a simple older hotel. If you need an elevator they don't have one. Clean but shows its age.

WE didn't feel very welcome from the staff. They were a little bit rude. We changed 9 different hotels in 12 days and was one of the very few that we wouldn't go back to. We paid for one hotel way less than this one and felt like we were in 5 star hotel. Pillows were very uncomfortable, I would prefer sleeping on a rock

We found this hotel to be well-kept, clean and a good value for the money. Everything was in good condition and well-maintained. Not a fancy hotel, but a good place to stay as a convenient base for visiting all the sights to see in the region, including the Grand Canyon. It was located next door to a couple of casual dining restaurants, so getting a quick snack or meal was easy. It was also a very short drive to nearby supermarkets, gas stations, etc. We stayed at this hotel for the first two nights in the area and at another hotel in Sedona for the the third night, but in retrospect we should have stayed at the Rodeway for all three nights. It's only about a 40-minute drive to downtown Sedona from this hotel. The complimentary breakfast is light but good, featuring breads, muffins, cereals, juices and coffee. The rates were reasonable too. I would stay there again and everyone in our group was pleased. The only negative, a minor one, is that the ice machine in our building was not working or perhaps other guests had cleaned out all the ice before we tried to use it.

We actually booked this hotel to escape a horrible experience at another hotel in the area. Since it was a last minute booking, we didn't get the deal I wanted but I understood that in advance. I called them right after booking and described what had happened at our other hotel and they assured me they would take care of us (family of 5). They gave us a great room in a primo location. When we had an issue with the tub stopper, they sent their tech right over and he fixed it in a jiffy. The front desk clerk was VERY accommodating and even printed out some local restaurant coupons for us off the internet. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

hotel itself was a dump..I've paid a cheaper rate at a better place..the place stunk like stale cigarettes. I will never stay at this place again.

Great Staff, close to dining, tidy room, very good value!

Staff very helpful, courteous. Room clean, spacious. Very convenient off the freeway. Map of location that is totally off, though, which is orbitz's fault. Great restaurant next to motel, good food, good prices, friendly, efficient staff. All around a good place to stay while mom was in hospital for surgery.

We just hung out, watch TV and ordered pizza. WE were just there for a few hours before we went to sleep. We were out all day and our stay was just to sleep and drive home early the next morning. Room was clean and the beds were pretty comfy. Good deal for the price

access to the internet... reasonable rates, good accomaditions... refer others to stay there...

STAFF WAS HELPFUL. CONTINENTAL SHOULD NOT BE USED TO DESCRIBE WHAT WAS SET OUT FOR BREAKFAST. IT WAS EASY TO ACCESS FROM THE HIGHWAY AND THERE WAS RESTRAUNTS IN WALKING DISTANCE.

Check in was really fast and easy which was great cuz we arrived at midnight. The room was freezing had to wait 20 min for it to start warming up. The pillows were really flat. Other than that I think it was a great deal for $35. The front desk was nice and the room was clean and quiet.

[...]Then I discovered that they did indeed have suites but I was not offered one nor was the motel even close to being full. I was given a room with a view of the huge trash dumpsters at the rear of the neighboring eateries. Over the two days I stayed I was treated to these trash bins being inspected by the local homeless (who then came to my window to inspect my room) and also the native wildlife: crows or ravens, rats, etc. In addition it appeared to have snowed in the past month or so and the very little bit of remaining snow piles were plowed into the motel's parking stalls making them useless and creating a game of musical chairs of the parking stalls available.

When it comes to places to sleep, I'm typically not picky, but my fiancee and I just couldn't fall asleep here. While the bed had initially seemed comfortable, it soon became otherwise and the room itself was quite hot (despite it being less than 40 degrees and snowing outside). We tried turning on the air but it blew hot air in, so we ended up opening the balcony door to let the cold air in. At that point we were able to get some sleep. Plus side: the staff seemed very friendly, and the breakfast was pretty decent if limited (toast, mini-donuts, muffins, pastries, coffee, and OJ). Definitely would not recommend.
