WOW! What a wonderful home away from home for our family to spend Christmas. The home was stocked with everything you could think of. We had no trouble the entire time. We would definitely return There were 7 of us (5 adults 2 children). Granby Ranch is a fantastic place for youngsters to learn to ski. Our 2 grandsons had it mastered after a day of lessons.Thank you again for making our Christmas so special.

Breathtaking!

This was the nicest rental we have ever stayed in! Super clean, just the right amount of things for the kitchen, nice selection of games. Amazing views of the mountains from the living room and master bedroom. The kids appreciated the selection of toys. It was nice to be able to park in the garage as well. Everything about this house was fantastic, the lay out was perfect for us and our two kids so they weren't too far if they needed us in the middle of the night. This house will definitely be a must stay the next time we make it back to Colorado!

Incredible Views & Perfectly Welcoming

This place was just as pictured, if not BETTER! The views from the living room and Master Bedroom were absolutely incredible! The open concept, large dining table, kids bunk room, and spacious living room were great for our two families with kids. Design was pleasantly modern and minimalist, and the house was very clean. The kitchen had all the basics necessary to cook many meals during our stay. The complimentary toiletry items in the bathrooms were a nice touch. We really appreciated the heated garage and electric vehicle charger. Check-in and check-out were easy. Communication was great. Location was also great. We chose to drive to the base camp as we had younger children learning to ski for the first time. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay!! Thank you for hosting us! We would gladly stay here again!

Amazing views

This is a very beautiful home with spectacular views of the valley. The house is well equipped and is very tastefully decorated. Four couples stayed here comfortably. Highly recommend.

Windows for days

We loved our stay here at the Modern mountain retreat. The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Coming from a maximalist, the minimalist design was fun for vacation. Everything was clean and had all you needed. Our favorite was all the large windows with the perfect view and the heated garage. The only thing that brought this down to a 4 were fans and washing machine not working properly during our stay. I’m positive once those items are fixed they will be a 5 star. We hope to book here again next year!

Gorgeous Mountain Home

We had a party of 8 that stayed at this home. It had plenty of room for all of us plus the rest of our family for meal time - 13 in total! Everything about this home is high end & fit our needs perfectly! Bonus for garage parking!

Perfect for Large Family

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful, modern, minimalist home at Granby Ranch! The King master had an en suite bathroom with large shower. Across the hall was the bunk room where three teenage boys slept on the twin bunks, large sofa and giant bean bag. They had their own bathroom with tub/shower at the end of the hall. The second king room was great for our adult son and his wife, and our teenage daughter stayed in the fourth bedroom. The three of them shared a third bathroom set nearby in the hall. The high quality towels and bedding were soft and comfortable. There were no closets in the two guest rooms, but there was a small open closet in the master. While the bunk room also didn’t have a closet, there were two large drawers under the bed and a closet with shelves in the hall. The living room had an amazing view and a huge sectional to relax by the fireplace and watch movies on the big screen TV. The dining area had a long table with 8 chairs to perfectly seat all of us for meals and family game time. The kitchen boasted all new appliances and high end wares. Small appliances included a Keurig machine, coffee pot and toaster. There was also a stovetop tea kettle. Down the stairs to the heated garage was ample space to store skis and boots. In the garage was the laundry room with full size washer/dryer. Communication with the host was great with quick responses. The driveway was cleared regularly making it easy to get in and out. The home sits a good ways below the Home Again trail. You can clear a path and hike up the slope behind the house to get on the trail. The boys in our group were able to do this, but the girls and dad and I had a bit of trouble making it up the hill in ski gear and carrying skis, so we opted to make the short drive to the base instead. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this home for large families like mine.
