The amenities include access to community pool and hot tub at Granby Ranch, 2 balconies, TVs, WIFI/High speed internet, and much more. 7 minutes drive you will find City Market, Starbucks, McDonald's, Subway and a liquor store. Anything you need is just minutes away. Our condo's location could not be better for all adventures Grand County has to offer - you are 20 minutes away from Winter Park, 30 minutes to the three lakes, Grand Lake, and Rocky Mountain National Park!

Sleeping arrangements are as following:
