Our steep driveway gives us the BEST views but it can make staying in our home difficult unless you have the right vehicle!

The location of this home is perfect!!! It accommodated my family, pets and I perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. I especially appreciated the enclosed balcony. My pets were able to enjoy the outdoors in a safe and spacious area. I also want to mention that I was sent a message (around 12n) after the cleaning crew was done with the home, allowing me to check in early. This practice is extremely rare when renting properties. We accessed the house 1 hour early and that was very appreciated!

Lovely place, plenty of room for four gals on a hiking trip. We enjoyed the porch. A little noisy at high traffic times when outside, but we never heard a thing while inside. Great location for exploring RMNP.

Do not rent in winter!!!
Location is amazing, that's about it. The driveway is extremely steep. It was plowed but there is a 4" to 5" base left by the plow and your tires just sink. I had a F250 super duty lifted with mud terrains and I still got stuck. We spent most of the weekend digging out and whatever you do, do not pull up the drive with a trailer. The only way to navigate this place in the winter is to back in from Hwy 34 and park where its flat, blocking the whole drive and holding up traffic. Going back home after the tournament every day was miserable knowing we would have to deal with the driveway. I addition, the mattresses have urine stains that are visible when you strip the beds

Perfect family vacation property
This property was perfect for our family! It was nice that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Very clean, comfortable, and has an amazing view of the lake! Owners were quick to respond with answers to questions.

Wonderful family stay
We wished we were staying longer! We had a wonderful stay, the kids loved it. The view is beautiful, hummingbirds would come to visit, we loved bird watching from the deck. The beds were very comfortable and bathrooms had products in case we forgot. I didnt need to get paper towels or toilet paper, everything we needed was there. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome Winter getaway
This house was an excellent place to stay in Granby. Great views and plenty of room. Lots of amenities and made an easy transition from your home to here. The host was so incredibly nice and responsive. Would recommend this place to anyone looking in this area. Would stay again.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Eine ganz tolle große Terrasse mit einem fantastischen Ausblick. Gut ausgestattete Küche mit allem was man braucht. Sehr gute Lage um die Gegend zu erkunden. Sehr sauberes Haus und gute Parkmöglichkeiten direkt am Haus. Wir hatten Besuch am Haus von einem Reh und einem kleinen Fuchs. Das war einfach toll.
