Wasn’t told about additional $25 fee for dog. Was advertised as pet friendly. Man at check in desk was very curt & had no customer skills. Acted like he wanted to be anywhere but there. The window sheers were in shreds. A/C sounded like it was going to blow up. Breakfast was very poor. Greasy sausage, tasteless powdered eggs! Needless to say, we won’t be staying at this place again.

Everything was great except for the pool. It looked beautiful, but definitely false advertising about it being heated! A cold hot tub is not a hot tub at all, and the pictures of the pool in their ads has steam coming of it, not even close! It was freezing!

Expedia conveniently failed to mention that this property is currently under renovation so there was no heated indoor pool as advertised and the hot tub was not heated. We asked the front desk and told it wasn’t working. The poor was unbearably cold it couldn’t be enjoyed.

Breakfast looks like it's leftover from the day before, very skimpy on small amenities like cups in the room, tiny size shampoo and small bath towels that they only give two a room. Listening to the staff outside complaining was not something I wanted to wake up to. The staff is not very inviting except the housekeepers were friendly. Should have spent $20 more and stayed somewhere that cared about their guest.
