Hotel is very noisy, banging and clattering all night. The cafe on 6th floor it seems only give you tapas with drinks if you speak Spanish. The room is clean and facilities are reasonable. Wi-Fi in hotel is unusable moat Of The time. Granada itself is beautiful.

As far as location goes this is perfect. There are plenty of interesting places to eat, drink and shop. As far as the hotel is concerned it was fine for the price we paid. Our room was spacious with 2 windows overlooking small courtyards. Everything was very clean and the beds were good. The air conditioning was rather fierce. There is a roof top bar and restaurant but when we asked about breakfast we were told brusquely that breakfast wasn't included which we already knew but were not offered the menu. The Cathedral and Capella are very close by. We also walked to the Alhambra which was an interesting but very steep walk along the river.

If you are sensitive to noise this is not the hotel for you. You could hear toilets flushing, showers and hair dryers from other rooms. The pillow was incredibly hard and the rooms small. We couldn't work our TV and asked the reception for help. They couldn't understand us and were no help at all. Any reasonable hotel would have sent someone up to assist. So on the positives it's cheap and clean and in a great location. But for me the negatives outweighed the positives and I could not resommend this hotel.

I booked on the way to Granada coming from Conil de la Frontera, with a prepayed ....We arrived around 3 pm and the Hotel was amazing clean and very very best location by walk everywhere :-) consider that with the bus C1 in less then 10 minutes you are in albazyn and with bus C3 less then 10 minutes ...and from Albazyn to the Hotel by walk it's 20 minutes !!! The room was very big size and clean ..just a little noise in the morning because room 204 it's next to the wardrobe of the chambermaid and they open and close often the door and so on...but it's not a big deal....the Bathroom full furnished with hairdryer... and a beautiful breakfast room on the the end just in fron of the Hotel a private parking Place for the car. We wish also say thanks to all the staff in particular way To David he was polite and give us all the best tips on Granada The Hotel manager should be proud to have employe like this that spent good advices with the's like feels at home far from home...we hope to come back....Grazie

The room was clean and the cafe on top floor was good but with minimal food options. The staff was friendly and suggested nearby attractions. The cabs in this city are reasonable and offer fantastic service. I would highly recommend this hotel!

We found this hotel to be easily accessible from the A 44. The staff were very helpful and even parked the car. It is in a central location and all the main places to visit are in walking distance. The room was fine for a short stay although the pillows were rather hard. We shall be back and thank you to the staff.

Very friendly staff who also spoke good english. Car parking avaiable across the road from the hotel. Allowed to bring our dog. Very reasonable room rates offering value for money.. Very good situation for town, shops, Alhambra Palace, etc. Would stay there again.

This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the first time we had a much nicer room, this time the room really needed some updating and repairing (light switches broken etc). Saying that, it was clean enough and good enough for a short break. The location outweighs the bad points so I would certainly stay here again. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place to stay but if you want a cheap, clean central hotel this is the one. Staff very very nice and helpful

Hotel noisy and dirty, I found hair on my bed. The staff is very rude and kicks the customer out of the hotel if they do not leave exactly at 12 o'clock. I do not recommend it in any aspect. It was the worst hotel I"ve been in all the trip.

Lovely central hotel in centre of Granada...spacious bedrooms..large bathroom...some rooms are at the rear of hotel which make them nice and quiet...cosy lobby area to unwind but as hotel is on a busy shopping street...not much time to waste sitting around...all the lively tapas bars are within a few minutes walk as is the Cathedral...Plaza Nueva..Albacin..and buses run every few minutes to The Alhambra...bus stop on corner of street from the hotel...on top floor of hotel is a cafe bar with breathtaking views of Granada... Friendly efficient staff...really enjoyed our stay...
