I booked on the way to Granada coming from Conil de la Frontera, with a prepayed ....We arrived around 3 pm and the Hotel was amazing clean and very very best location by walk everywhere :-) consider that with the bus C1 in less then 10 minutes you are in albazyn and with bus C3 less then 10 minutes ...and from Albazyn to the Hotel by walk it's 20 minutes !!! The room was very big size and clean ..just a little noise in the morning because room 204 it's next to the wardrobe of the chambermaid and they open and close often the door and so on...but it's not a big deal....the Bathroom full furnished with hairdryer... and a beautiful breakfast room on the Roof....at the end just in fron of the Hotel a private parking Place for the car. We wish also say thanks to all the staff in particular way To David he was polite and give us all the best tips on Granada The Hotel manager should be proud to have employe like this that spent good advices with the guest....it's like feels at home far from home...we hope to come back....Grazie
The room was clean and the cafe on top floor was good but with minimal food options. The staff was friendly and suggested nearby attractions. The cabs in this city are reasonable and offer fantastic service. I would highly recommend this hotel!
We found this hotel to be easily accessible from the A 44. The staff were very helpful and even parked the car. It is in a central location and all the main places to visit are in walking distance. The room was fine for a short stay although the pillows were rather hard. We shall be back and thank you to the staff.
Very friendly staff who also spoke good english. Car parking avaiable across the road from the hotel. Allowed to bring our dog. Very reasonable room rates offering value for money.. Very good situation for town, shops, Alhambra Palace, etc. Would stay there again.
This is the second time I have stayed in this hotel, the first time we had a much nicer room, this time the room really needed some updating and repairing (light switches broken etc). Saying that, it was clean enough and good enough for a short break. The location outweighs the bad points so I would certainly stay here again. If you are looking for luxury this is not the place to stay but if you want a cheap, clean central hotel this is the one. Staff very very nice and helpful
Hotel noisy and dirty, I found hair on my bed. The staff is very rude and kicks the customer out of the hotel if they do not leave exactly at 12 o'clock. I do not recommend it in any aspect. It was the worst hotel I"ve been in all the trip.
Lovely central hotel in centre of Granada...spacious bedrooms..large bathroom...some rooms are at the rear of hotel which make them nice and quiet...cosy lobby area to unwind but as hotel is on a busy shopping street...not much time to waste sitting around...all the lively tapas bars are within a few minutes walk as is the Cathedral...Plaza Nueva..Albacin..and buses run every few minutes to The Alhambra...bus stop on corner of street from the hotel...on top floor of hotel is a cafe bar with breathtaking views of Granada... Friendly efficient staff...really enjoyed our stay...
Booked online at short notice prior to a visit to this great city. Excellent customer service, with very pleasant and knowledgeable staff who were always helpful. They even provided valet parking for us!! Fully functional and spacious room that had everything we needed for a short stay. A wonderful rooftop bar and dining area, very well priced and again served by smiling happy people. Complimentary tapas with our ordered wine which was a great gesture. Highly recommended that visitors use this hotel.
We had everything we needed. Great location. In city center. Close to many attractions and public transportation. Nice quiet lounge. Nice clean room. Had breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. This was very handy.
Stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic value for money ! Great location for everything. Great staff who can't do enough for you. Spotlessly clean. Great cafe/bar on 6th floor. Had breakfast there - the orange juice really is freshly squeezed ! Also great for a nightcap. As far as parking is concerned - just park up in front of hotel and once you have unloaded the luggage, they will give you instructions as where to park opposite. Leaving tomoro and they have kindly offered to bring our car to the front of the hotel for us. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come here again.
