Property is excellent. Located in within walking range of all major tourist sites and train station. The breakfast buffet is great, lots of variety. All in all, would totally recommend booking this property.

This hotel was just okay. It's not near the downtown area or the airport at all. As I checked in, I noticed a short staircase that lead from the lobby to the "2nd level", where the main elevators were. There is also a short elevator for handicapped people, but it was shot down on account of the "pandemic." I had a bad knee and was carrying a very heavy suitcase, but the receptionist at the front desk refused to turn on the elevator for me! I thought that was really poor customer service. The breakfast was decent, but something I ate there one day made me very sick for a few days. This restaurant forced guests to not only wear a face mask, but also to put on latex gloves! How ridiculous is that?! But even with all that protection, I got really sick from their food. On a plus side, the hotel is located in a nice and safe area, not far from the train station (within walking distance), where you can rent a car, and obviously take the train. The rooms are extremely small but very clean. I was there by myself, so I can't imagine two people sharing a room the size of mine. Also, on my way to check out the hotel, the nice, young, blond lady at reception, did turn on the elevator for me, in fact, she brought my heavy suitcase down herself. That made up for the rude (male) receptionist when I checked in. All in all, I would not recommend this hotel, unless you need to be in this particular area for some reason--maybe close to the train station? Other than that, forget it!

The staff were very nice. Check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean and so were the bathroom. I had requested a double bed but ended up getting two twin beds put together. For them, that’s their concept of a double bed. But that’s okay. There’s a Mercadona less than 5 mins away if you need to shop for food or snacks.

Hotel is close to the airport and they supplied a shuttle.

The hotel had just opened in March, and there seemed to be some kinks to work out. The only person I met who was not helpful was unfortunately the first one I met when I arrived at night after a 3 day plane trip from Honolulu to Granada, Spain. She could not find my reservation, though I had a copy of my Orbitz confirmed reservation. She found a room for me on the 7th floor which was rather cramped. You could barely walk between the bed and the wall. Otherwise it was a standard European hotel room, with flat screen tv, one chair, some storage space, understocked minibar (it did not have all the items on the tally list). The room was only cleaned once, but the maids did a good job then. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with some Spanish specialties (Jamon Serrano, tortilla, local cheeses). The snack bar had favorites like pizzas, cheese plate, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, etc. The waiters and other personnel were very cheerful and helpful when we asked where things were and how to get to tourist sites in Granada.
