Navas Hotel

The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Granada and visiting The Alhambra. Hotel is really clean with comfortable beds. Only down side are the tiled floors which can make it a wee bit noisy but then nowhere is perfect. What made it perfect for us is that as soon as you step out on to the narrow pedestrian only lane there are numerous Tapas Bars and restaurants. We sampled several and all were good. Breakfast at hotel was plentiful.

Great location to explore Grenada, in a very busy tapas and restaurant infested narrow street, but remarkably quiet inside! Pleasant and helpful staff, good breakfast options, comfortable room if not huge. While there are many restaurant offerings at the doorstep, we found Puerta del Carmen, just off the small square at the beginning of Calle Navas to be terrific - less standard tourist, more fusion and lovely ambience.

The Hotel close to every where, walking to Gran via and Reyes Catholicos Street, the Hotel is located at the Tapas street, the Staff are really nice and friendly, the room is small but has every thing that we need except Iron

Excellent location in a walking street with nice restaurants and tapas. Staff welcoming, smiling and helping. Nice rooms, with reasonable space. Double glazing to avoid the noise of the walking street. Safe box available. Breakfast is good. It was a good experience.

Great little hotel in a superb location! The location is perfect with cafés and bars right on Navas street. Only half a block away from Main Street and squares. You can in all 4 directions from this hotel and it is all enjoyable and interesting. We lived Granada and the Hotel Navas. Staff were helpful too.

Very friendly hotel staff. Hotel located in the heart of the city, convenient to several bus lines (including the C3 line to the Alhambra - 5 min walk), and a 5 minute walk to the Cathedral. (We walked back to the hotel from the Alhambra via Plaza Nueva, which took about 15 minutes). Buffet breakfast (not included) was adequate. The hotel is located on Calle Navas, which is loaded with restaurants. Rooms are small; beds are hard. There was a small refrigerator. Upon arrival into Granada we took a cab to the hotel from the bus station- about 7 euro. However, you can take public buses for 1.20 euro per person. Line SN1 runs from the station past Calle Navas (we used that on return to the bus station when departing). Check the website for routes and info.

Ideal location for visiting the La Alhambra..and the many restaurants in the vicinity. 10 minutes from the bus station by taxi /bus (to old part of city). Staff most helpful, rooms very good/clean. Breakfast ..... need to get in early 7/8 o'clock as it (hot food ) "sits around". Best to see the sights /La Alhambra.... get the Red Bus daily ticket.

Located on a pedestrian laneway with heaps of bars and restaurants . Just off Plaza del Carmen. The rooms are quiet despite the outside activity. Our room was big enough. a huge tiled bathroom and comfortable beds. Good hot water and aircom. The wifi was a bit patchy at times. It is an older style hotel but served our nerds very well. I didn't hear noises from other rooms, as others have commented. 4our of 5 stars from me for value and position.

The beds are good and the room is large and clean and the hotel is right in the middle of the tapas area. However, your neighbor's shower will sound like it is in your bed, and the water works from above will have you thinking you are living under Victoria Falls. Add to this all other noises that you think possible in a bathroom and you will get close to the experience. Do not think about lying in past eight. Then, the kettle. I never thought i would miss one until i tried to find a cup of tea anywhere before eight in the moring or after eight at night. The hotel claims to have a restaurant but does not offer room service or even a cup of hot water; and good luck trying to get one from one of the local tapas places. The restaurant for the hotel is only open for those who preordered breakfast. After breakfast it is closed and remains so until the following morning.

A lovely hotel near the Centre. Very clean, close to some nice restaurants and tourist information centre. Breakfast typical continental style with a cooked option. However we just had continental. Only negative is no tea or coffee making facility in the room .
