The ecoSmart apartments are the only ones in the center of Granada that have a swimming pool, a terrace with views and a private parking (€ 20 / day). They are completely new constructed with the latest technologies. You will have the Gran Vía just 500 meters away as well as the Alhambra. Despite being in the center of Granada you will not feel any noise since we are located in a very quiet neighborhood and we also have the best possible insulation such as triple glass windows.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom and a dining area. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board. Housekeeping is available on request.
