We were given the top floor.. it was wonderful. The room is for 5 with two queen beds and one full. The only issue was the shower, it needed a curtain so the water does not wet the bathroom floor. Other than that the hotel was fabulous. great location only about 15min from everything.

Good experience

The staff was great. The room was a little small for the furniture. It had a full sized bed, but you could not walk around it to the closet. I had to sit on the bed to access the closet. The bathroom was a nice size. The immediate area near the entrance is just an alleyway, but it is a short walk to lots of things.

Well Located small hotel

Hotel that ticked all of the boxes for us, well located, clean, nice breakfast - really helpful friendly staff - small room but it was just a base and this suited us as we were out for most of the day taking in the sights of Granada - stayed three nights which was enough for us to experience the main areas of the City

Good enough for 1 night

We spent one night at this hotel to visit the Alhambra. The location was very good...walking distance to the cathedral and most tourist areas. The room was clean and large enough for our family group. The roof was pretty low though.The air conditioning did not cool the whole room, making it uncomfortable at night. Breakfast was included, but they didn't mention it even though we said we were going out for breakfast.

Quaint small hotel

We had the deluxe room. Bed was comfy and room very clean. Shower had good water pressure. Room was on first floor, window opened to pretty enclosed courtyard with flowers. No other guests could go into courtyard making our room very private. Walking distance to activities in the city. Located off the main road making it very quiet and peaceful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Chose to eat breakfast on our own so can't comment on that. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a small, simple hotel with lots of charm.

Tiny rooms, wonderful staff

This hotel has a great location if you are going to a meeting at the Granda Convention Center. The rooms are clean, the bathrooms are recently refurbished and nice, the cost is low, the staff are incredibly nice and helpful, the rates are low, and the breakfasts are good. However, the rooms are incredibly small with almost no space to walk around the bed (one of us had to stand on the bed while the other person walked around it), almost no place to store your stuff, and no desk or table for your computer work.

Reina Mora was a clean hotel near the city center that had a nice staff. The only downside was the fact that the front-desk was not 24 hours. However, this was not a major inconvenience.

Average not value for money

Difficult to find, no parking despite booking. Parking in area is hard to find. Hotel is clean but rooms were basic. TV had no remote, toilet seat was broken, breakfast was terrible. Some sliced melon and packet croissants and a kettle to make your tea/ coffee with. Not value for money at all. I had the the family room on the top floor and the ceiling was very low not recommended for anyone taller the 5.8 as you will more then likely bang your head. Also I booked this hotel as it showed a 20-30 min walking distance to Alhambra. It took 25 mins in a car and the walk would have easily been an hour. So not sure why expedia advertising incorrectly.

Lovely hotel in great location

The owners were extremely pleasant and helpful. Drawbacks were the plumbing of other rooms could be heard distinctly, and slowness of the internet in the salon (but this is a minor point). Great location for the centre of Granada.

I got this room at a pretty good price so I wasn't sure if the quality would be up to scratch. I was pleasantly-surprised and had a great stay! Location-wise, it was just off Calle San Anton, in the main shopping area. It is handy for the Cathedral area, a 10 min walk to Plaza Nueva, 20 mins to the Alhambra if you are a good walker. Also close enough to Science Park and the Lorca museum in Huerte San Vincente. The room was tiny, but it was a single. Otherwise, comfortable and very clean. En suite bathroom fine. Excellent provision of complimentary Wifi. The breakfast is very basic - just bread with butter and jam. A selection of fruit is also available, and packet croissants and cakes, with basic tea/coffee/juices. But not unpleasant and for the price, good that it is included at all. Fine for me. Only thing is that they only have 6 places at the table, so might get a bit crowded at peak times! Overall, I think this hotel was a great find. Not fancy, but hits the spot and for the price, it is excellent. Lastly, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Arrivée à l'hotel à 15h30. Nous voyons que celui-ci est fermé jusqu'à 17h. A 17h20, nous appelons le numéro affiché et on nous répond que quelqu'un arrive dans 5 mn. En fait une personne arrive à 17h35. C'est le seul problème, mais de taille.

chambre simple au prix d'une chambre double

Dès notre arrivée la lumière du plafond de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. On nous a donné une autre chambre minuscule au dernier étage côté rue: 1 seule table de chevet, 20 cm entre l'autre côté du lit et le placard et autant entre le bout du lit et le meuble. La clim ne fonctionnait pas. on nous a dit qu'elle serait réparée le lendemain. A notre départ on nous a expliqué qu'elle n'avait pas été mise en service pendant les 3 nuits que nous avions passées (fin mai :30° dans la journée dehors). Quand nous nous sommes plaints de la taille de la chambre, le directeur nous a répondu que pour avoir 1 chambre plus grande nous aurions du réserver une chambre double supérieure et non 1 chambre double standard. En vérifiant les photos des chambres sur le site de l'hôtel, nous nous sommes rendu compte trop tard que nous avions dormi dans 1 chambre simple pour 1 personne et non dans 1 chambre double. La direction s'est comportée de façon malhonnête en nous faisant payer le prix d'une chambre double soit environ 45€ de plus que le prix réel d'1 chambre simple pour les 3 nuits. Je n'ai pas réussi, malgré plusieurs tentatives sur 2 ordinateurs différents, de vous faire parvenir 2 photos de la chambre pesant pourtant chacune moins de 100 ko. un message s'affiche systématiquement en jaune me proposant de télécharger de nouveau les photos.
