We take only one night on Granada and did not have enough time to use facilites Hotel's facilites. Because take additional day for the Hotel. Nice position for exlopere Granada near the shoping mall. Clean, good food, good bed, nice room- just good!
The hotel offers a wide variety of services such as swimming pool, spa, breakfast, parking,... The parking is a little expensive and the area is quiet located a short walk from the cultural interesting area. This makes it easy to find free parking nearby. The rooms are very large, clean and with a very complete bathroom. The staff is not helpful.
Our deal included free parking and breakfast. The staff were efficient and polite. The hotel seems to cater for large groups of guests The hotel is quite large and just off the motorway. In the immediate area there is nothing of interest except for shopping, it’s about 15 minutes walk to the old town. The room was very clean, bed was large an comfortable however walls are thin. We had a mini bar with room for storing your own items, otherwise drinks and snacks would have been quite expensive. A kettle with tea and coffee was a nice touch, bathroom was well equipped with modern shower over bath, hairdryer etc. Large flatscreen TV had no English channels whatsoever. The breakfast selection was plentyful with excellent bacon and eggs, coffee was superb with an option so make freshly ground coffee. We enjoyed our one night stay and will return in the future if the offer similar deals.
The hotel is located about 10-15 minutes from the old town and offers secure parking and a nice pool. It's nicely decorated and it should be a very nice place to stay but unfortunately there are lots of little annoyances which made it a disappointing experience. The main issue is the lack of soundproofing in the rooms. You could hear your neighbours talking quite clearly and you could even hear them in the bathroom. The daily cleaning was poor. The sheets were laid over the bed so when you tried to get in, all the sheets would come off in one go. They also forgot to give us towels one day. The rooms were also very cold and despite putting the room temperature up each day, the cleaners would put it back down. This was the most expensive hotel we stayed in on our trip to Spain but it was also the most disappointing.
This is a perfectly fine hotel that is near nothing you came to Granada to see. FYI, the Alhambra is a half hour bus ride away. And walking the neighborhood will not help you find a restaurant. And whatever you do, do NOT eat at the dinner buffet which is overrun by tour groups. Fighting the hoards for less than mediocre food is not my idea of a good time. The breakfast buffet, on the other hand, is decent.
Spacious rooms , large hotel , breakfast not bad very busy , lot of big groups and tours select this hotel Location far to walk around Parking expensive Gym and spa nice They allow dogs and give you a room with a balcony if u r traveling with a pet
Nice 4* hotel in the middle of Granada, reasonably priced, friendly staff, great rooms, and a couple of restaurants to choose from. Indoor and outdoor pool, spa and gym and a children's play area. Easy access to all of Granada.
Pros: the hotel is nice over all. Clean rooms. Spacious. Location is very good. Breakfast buffet was nice. Cons: Staff at dining area did not know a single word in English. Dinner buffet was really bad!!! We only ate once and even though it was paid, we had to eat somewhere else the rest days.
We only stayed one night at this hotel but it was very enjoyable. The lobby is quite modern looking, as was the whole hotel. Our room was pretty good. 2 twin beds but would have preferred a queen. The beds were comfortable but all we had on the bed was a sheet for a cover. There was no duvet. There was a well worn, ugly bkanket in the closet which I chose to leave in the closet. The pillow was as long across as the bed. It was ok but would have preferred a normal sized pillow. We had the dinner buffet which modt people on our group found okay but I found most of the hot dishes were cold, at best luke warm and I would say had been cooked quite some time ago. The salad items were good and so were desserts. We aldo had breakfast buffet which was pretty good. Not widely known, but if you walk around into the other dining room you could get a fresh made omelet. Fresh fruit and pastries were also good. There is a longe area and pool for relaxing in the sun.
Excellent hotel with professional and friendly staff. Comfortable beds . Rooms clean, lovely outdoor and indoor pool. Conveniently located. Good parking facilities Will definitely be returning. Great breakfast Thanks everyone
